Did the same mate with the carnivore diet and weight dropped off me at an alarming rate but at the same time lowered my alcohol intake especially during the summer months as before i would always have a few cans of lager or that fruit cider every day of the week especially after getting home from work. I have started eating a few carbs now and my weight has gone from 11 an half stone to 12 that i feel better with though i hope my sugar level has not rose with the slight weight gain. I haven't drunk alcohol since boxing day as the brother in law got me a decent bottle of red for Christmas and a9 points

Had to re start my red worm farm/ compost bin because it got flooded a year back but seems like the lil guys are finally back to it They help make some great compost too. Considering trying to do black soldiers flys when I gets warmer too because they can eat meat scraps apparently5 points

Personally me, I did carnivore for a while and enjoyed it. I am not totally carb free, but do run low carb. Bread very occasionally. Sweet spuds now and then. And I do like my veggies but try to have low carb ones. If i have a curry I use cauliflower rice instead of rice and it's ok mixed in a ruby. I think a sensible diet and everything in moderation. Odd takeaway once a blue moon is fine , just not 3 a week ect. I genuinely feel a lot better in myself eating lower carb diet. As bread wraps pasta rice ect all make me feel bloated. My only vice is I do like a drink, I would like to curb that5 points

To be fair to Trump. He's doing what the people want . It's been obvious to the majority some people just seem to get away with things theses days . The illegal immigrants just get away with it and the Americans count the cost of it financially and there safety . Times are hard for most and that's true I'm sure for every generation over the years . What people are most pissed off about is the unfairness of so many people just doing what they want and getting away with it when the common man can't5 points

Went out with some pals yesterday ferreting, got 9 rabbits, 1 with young which isnt good, had to dig 2 or 3 again but most bolted, plenty about again at this place and farmer took me to show me a new perm of 5 big fields all with hedgerows holding rabbits so in a week or 2 weel be going there, camped out overnight just for the crack, we planned on ferreting next morningbut we were all freezing so never again it was baltic3 points

We run ours in canicross harnesses. Once they are a year old they can run 5 km if you have carefully introduced them. We start about 6 months doing maybe 1 km in several short runs. Obviously they are already capable of tearing around off lead at that age and the reason for caution is they will pull hard and give everything if you let them when running or biking. In the photos you can see how hard our whippet pulls and that's on a 10km run in the lakes. To be honest I wouldn't run them on a bike until a year. Stick to running with them3 points

One of my odd lil hobbies is cruising though pawn shops. Usually don't buy a ton really it's just you always seem to find some interesting stuff in these places. Neat old tool, good guns, bows ,old fishing gear , electronics ect.. Anyhow was waiting for my wife to get off work so she could pick me up from dropping of my work rental so popped in in my regular one just look around and annoy everyone. After a bout three hours this are the lil odds and ends I thought where neat. First off ,a bolt action 16ga internal mag shotty. Made by J C Higgins and they only wanted $200 for it2 points

He lecherously said he'd like to " spit roast" a fellow 'Strictly' star whilst appearing on stage for a cast photo shoot. Blokes like that always make me want to body swerve them. Creepy feckers. It's counterproductive for them as well. Blokes making dirty jokes full of innuendo in mixed company never actually get anywhere with women because it acts as a red flag for them. Somebody should give him a slap. Followed by a second guy giving him a slap. He should then be asked to " go compare" the pain.2 points

Spot on mate, years ago when Buck 14 months old, I was just biking down the lanes when I lived in south staffs. A rabbit ran across the lane, this big that pulled me off my bike in to edge, I was fookin mad, because.if been another motor coming other , he pulled into that. Then.i tried him again when 2 1/2 he had not bad season, few rabbits and couple foxes, so deff new them red things with teeth.going couple weeks on bike ok no prob. When just before dawn was out, went pass a field. With big gap in it prob to get there tractor, and traliers down. He must have seen the fox in field.2 points

Never, ever. Seen clips. It's a resounding no from me. Miserable feckin southerners. Get yourself out on the slop instead of watching women stuff. My other claim to fame is I've never seen Star Wars either. There's no weirdness in Star Wars that can compete with THL.2 points

That's good stuff mate well done. It's the drinking that lets me down, I train and watch my diet 80/20 . But I do drink most nights, not excessively . Like sat night I add 3 cans and 3 cans last night. That's nothing compared to some I know that drink 2 bottles of wine a night and others easy 10 cans a night . My problem is and it stems back to my childhood is, I find it very hard to relax or chill or unwind. I can't sit still for 2 mins. My minds racing and I need to be doing stuff. I know it's no excuse , but a few beers and I can relax and watch a film ect. Other wise I would find it hard t2 points

This dog here was bred by an old chap in malton over East Coast way. Another dog i had to let go at the same time. This could knock a few over too. I was just on my way out there to show some bunny's on lamp. Was about 6 , 7months old there. A used to do that couple of times get few easy ones for pups. Then at 14 month old get them out through day. All pups grow up diffrent mature diffrent. Dogs seem to take alot longer than bitches i find anyway. Bitches are more clued up.2 points

Remember 25 years ago a well known coursing man from Rotherham paying thousands for a couple of hare dogs off kipper and my mate drawing with one out of his lurcher bred down from Tommy Mcphees small whippet types though he let the lad go through to the foley 2000 as they were running to get through to that meet. I have recently heard rumours of a well known coursing traveller family paying thousands for an hare dog though I don't know if it's the same dog Chartpolski is talking about.2 points

Got out for couple of hours today but weather f****d us. Orange weather warning, strong winds and pissing rain but still managed to bolt a rat from pile of sticks and got some chasing at big ears. Dogs were busy non stop but earned a spot at fire even though we finished early.2 points

Best footage I have seen of UK Tuna, incredible. Around 15 or so years back I had a boat with a mate in the med,we leased a villa and used to go offshore 20+ miles.Seen whales, sunfish, and a few other bits and bobs, couple of occasions we had big shoals of Tuna, never exploding out of the water but showing all round the boat, fantastic to see.2 points

I think that would feel amazing and frightening at the same time. Years ago I was sitting sitting sidewards on my kayak , with my feet dangling in the sea , while I was fishing in cardigan bay . A grey fin passed by me and I almost shit myself . It was just the local dolphins , but in that split second , the whole jaws film flashed through my brain .2 points

I can remember my dad having a bolt action .22 rifle. I don't think you even needed a firearms licence back in the 50s. He used to take off on a weekend on a motor bike, and come back Sunday day with all sorts: moorhens, coots,( quite tasty) hare, rabbit and anything else he could come across, like farmers hens and ducks. Once he came back with a sheep lol. He would sell some and we would eat some. He was a skilled snarer of rabbits and hares and general survivor. I remember one Christmas we were flat broke. Christmas Eve, I was 5., I heard a commotion and got up hoping I would spy Santa. It2 points

Last thing that where just goofy more then anything where these torches.....not sure I've ever seen someone purposely do this to a torch...but someone I talked to said these where probably jeweler's torches of some kind and they do this to help them hang better in storage....I think it's just an artist being all...well artsy but that's just me lol And outta all that just ended up picking up a lil $50 scope. Need a floater and honestly it didn't look bad. I also kinda like buying cheap gear just to see how much it takes to break stuff lol.funny thing is this cheap stuff has actual2 points
