Wifey is off for coupe day so went to Beesands in Start Bay a little restrant we like at the edge of the beach. Decided of the sharing Sea food Plater ( Goujons, Scallops, Crevettes, Calamari, Scampi and White and Brown Crabmeat) was spot on. Washed down with a fiery Ginger Beer. Cheers Arry13 points

Just sat here in our new poll barn enjoying the view after putting up a new hoist pulley system for dealing with red deer easier. Off out after a stag or a buck later, several customers having big problems with deer down here.8 points

My first memories of fishing was with my ole fella catching sticklebacks with a rush with pieces of worm threaded on the end, old turf cuttings that had flooded and overgrown were alive with them, I was no more than 3 or 4 years old but remember it like yesterday.4 points

Took my youngest boy fishing the other day ...the little spot is not much more than a puddle in one of the drainage ditches that surrounds our village...but I kept seeing some good sized fish in it that I couldn't identify...about 5inch long...so with just a sized 18hook and a few maggots we caught about 11l.... 8 little chub...and 3 minows4 points

It’s bastardising the English language. ”They” and “Them” used to be plural, now they want us to use the words as singular for these people who don’t want to be he or she, him or her. Why should we change our language when the vast majority of people believe there are only two sexes , male and female ? Cheers.3 points

Sane people aren't welcome in this insane world. I know the coppers are just upholding the law but I don't know how they can justify this stuff.3 points

Fernandes is a joke, he has never been a captain. Infuriates me watching him. Clearly a decent player and can pass a ball but never be a leader while I have a hole in my arse. To busy sulking, pointing the finger and looking round for someone to blame then wonder why others don't pull their weight. He is a cheat aswell. Tries to leave it in on ppl but then throws himself about any chance he gets. Embarrassing Talented footballer but I can't stand the cnut and should never don a captains armband.2 points

I think that’s a very fair shout actually……I don’t think Ten Haag will last much longer, just watched that game on MOTD and Utd were an absolute shambles. I don’t think he will be judged too harshly even if he does get the sack because I think everyone knows he took over a dressing room with a load of absolute bluffers strapping on boots……but he has had two seasons is it ? to turn this around and weed out the dross and frankly, he hasn’t. There are too many players in that team nicking a living, I like the young lads like Garnacho and Mainoo and Hoijland, I even think the keeper is d2 points

Latest purchase just over a tenner came with a basic carry bag. Used wood pellets and it flamed up for a good 30 mins and continued a heat burn for a further 2hrs does not give the heat out like a proper full size fire pit but looks nice on the table. You can buy a pot stand for a cooking if required so going to try that and going to use the pellets in the kelly kettle. Got the fireproof matt off temu for £4 as well.2 points

Go for it ! I almost gave up when I had my last two put down as I was 70, but I’m glad I didn’t, I’m as excited about the coming season as I have ever been. Hoping to visit pals in N.I. this season for some hunting as well. Cheers.2 points
