I was invited to do a talk on pest control for the young farmers and I really enjoyed it....they all got involved asked good questions, I was there hours. Our local hunt has done a barn up as a meeting room full of hunting pictures and they regularly host young farmers visits. I think one group of YF's now use it as a regular meeting venue. Still very farming orientated the local groups I think.

Took the daughters dog out this morning and had a walk around a reclaimed pit tip and was told about a pond nearby that holds a few fish and a lot of youths fish and camp around it though what I saw I wish I had not found it as it pissed me off seeing all the shite left around it.

Done some huge Coldstores in the past mate, steel, cladding, roofing etc.. plus some supermarkets, mainly tescos... out of the big main builder shit now, not my game anymore...this is a big job but great client, 2 weekly pay, materials when they drop, never feel too exposed... Life's a doddle with a cladboy and crane though, you'd be lucky to do 200m2 on this pitch of roof handling them, put on around 700m2 yesterday, if wasn't for the rooflights you'd be looking at 1000 - 1200m2 a day...keeps the boys happy as they all live area!! Can't believe the results in council elections for my area the two independents who I voted for have got a seat on the council beating the Labour candidates.
