I still do mate and it breaks my heart to listen to proud morally strong old people reduced to nervous wrecks in their own community, when i first came into a little bit of money years ago and could afford to buy my way out i spent years begging and pleading my parents to get away but they classed it as their area my ol fella lived a simple life going down the bookies and a pint with his pals it never entered his head to live anywhere else i think that generation just took it on the chin. Its only one example but an old acquaintance of mine from years ago is standing as a council7 points

I cant give you percentages mate but im sure they are available if you dig deep enough, the East End i grew up in 40 years ago had 3 main ethnic groups White ( English and Jewish ) Black ( West Indians/Jamaicans ) and Asian ( Pakistanis )......the only trouble young boisterous lads like myself had was with blacks, the Pakistanis kept themself to themself in the corner shops and didnt say boo to a goose, all the fights and troubles we had was with blacks and defenders of blacks....but that was only my area which was from Bethnal Green/Mile End out to Beckton and Canning Town......but throughout ot7 points

Well that time of year again a phone call from a desperate farmer . He has had 5 lambs killed two with their tails and noses eaten off three just bitten. So a trip up to the lambing field a few well placed snares and he phoned to tell me I had two foxes, on inspection they were a pair caught 50 yards apart .hope full this will solve his problems anyway snares are staying put for a while , so any travelling foxes can be mopped up as they come6 points

It probably does me good to talk to lads like you King as quite often i forget that not everyone has the bitterness and strong feelings i have i guess i forget sometimes that for many folk this will be their first real brush with immigration and that feeling of being done down in your own area.....im not a big fan of Tommy Robinson but i do agree when he says things like people cant possibly know what these areas are like unless you grew up in them and had conflict with different ethnicities from a young and vulnerable age...if your of a certain character then you develop strong feelings and c5 points

Nice though mate, I,ve no real interest in the gym, dieting or exercise but I, m always keen to learn and have picked up a few good points from this thread especially regarding my hydration, so thanks to your self for a very informative thread, thanks to king for starting it and thanks to the normal thread wreckers for staying quiet ????4 points

Im not crabbing Wilf mate i rate the fella....i just dont like some of the things he says and dont agree with his methods on the subject.....he did a bunk to another country and thats fine, just dont keep looking back over your shoulder having a pop ?? I dont live on the manor anymore either but for very different reasons to Wilf....but its like anything you love you want to protect it and i still have some dear friends and acquaintances there and spend much of my life in East London so probably have a little bit more affiliation with the area, hence possibly why my methods of resolving the4 points

Don't do two days in a row mate, at least for the first six months. Rest as much as you can when not working. Splitting your routine, so you can train two days in a row, especially in the beginning, will invariably get you overtrained. Working the hours you do, I'd only train twice a week, that's plenty. Don't be tempted to do more mate, just train hard, but not too hard in the first few weeks, then rest as much as you can, while still fulfilling your work obligations etc. Train, eat, rest/sleep ? And do whole body routines, it's the best way, and the most productive for most normal3 points

Conservative and labour have for to long taken for granted that we will vote for them what ever bullshit they hand out to us, talking to local people who can't believe the stunt they have pulled over brexit have said they will never vote for either party again,my answer is if we don't vote for the smaller party's nothing will ever change.and all the MPs who voted against their constituents end up on the dole where they belong.3 points

Population replacement is absolutely what it is......it’s ethnic cleansing on a massive scale. Its replacing ordinary British families who wouldn’t want to tolerate the shit with odd marks who will vote for these c**ts in parliament because it’s in their interest to do so. They are protected, given every sweetener under the sun and your ordinary British bloke can go and f**k himself.3 points

I have just picked up a couple of hundred acres that joins one off my permissions, it’s never been shot for deer apart from the owner taking one or two for the freezer and even then he hasn’t shot one for eight years ..standing talking to him less than seventy yds away I counted 168 fallow laying in the field that adjoins his house ..as these were mainly doe's and last years fawns come early June there will be another 100 born , ...which just about wipes out every thing I culled this year from next door and a place four miles away ...he’s left the deer alone on the basis he likes to see a fe3 points

For the safety of the general public I’d leave well alone ! He seems happy caravaning on his drive , he’s not adding to global warming with his exhaust fumes , he’s not loitering on the public highway with queues of frastrated drivers getting pissed off and he’s unlikely to run over some poor sod who’s on holiday while he’s trying to fathom out how some new gizmo works ..some times it’s better to let sleeping dogs lye ..?3 points

I’ve got a springer Russel bitch here that I’m looking to re home, I’ve asked around the lads I think she would suit on here but they are either full up or waiting on pups so I’m trying on here......she’s 15 months old and coming on really well, I’ve just got to many dogs on so ones got to go. I got her at 7 months old as I felt sorry for her as she had been stuck in a kennel most of her short life and is still a bit shy tbh but I’ve brought her on to a point where I think she would be better off going to a one man, one lurcher, one busher type set up so she will be settled and bush happily ev2 points

The year is 2002, it’s the biggest derby in ever known to man in world football at st James Park and a young max watches as shearer, battered and bruised with a bandage on his head, steps up to take a free goal just outside the box..... the resulting and quite disturbing footage of maxs rehab therapy explains a lot........2 points

In other Nerd News; SpaceX are launching another Falcon 9 Heavy rocket today. This is a big-ish deal for me as it's a 60 ton payload rocket that is a short step away from their 100 ton BFR that's in development. That puts the human species back in the sort of position, in terms of capability, we were in back in the 60s with the Saturn V. Interesting to see how this 'space race' develops! Also; Our homegrown developmental space-plane engine has passed a significant technological milestone. If they get this thing fully operational it really could revolutionise the space industry.2 points

It will be out there somewhere mate, and if you support National parties they can then field candidates in any further elections. At this moment in time, I think just voting for anyone except “them” is a good start.....you don’t even have to agree with or like who you vote for just as long as it’s not “them” Then you kick on from there. Thats just my own idea of course.2 points

Maybe not saying it’s the bronx mate . More like “ I’ll run on the treadmill tonight in the gym as I don’t fancy getting whacked by a two by four by a group of smack heads or Romanians for my iPhone mate “2 points

No going out after dark in...................Chatham,Kent ?.....ive kicked about a few of them places recently and while i agree industrial areas like Sittingbourne have drawn a lot of East Europeans i still dont think its quite the Bronx mate......look it stands to reason that this is where we,re going parts of Essex places like Basildon and Pitsea were built on in the 60,s and 70,s as London overspill well common sense tells you its going to continue to spill further and further away from London......then when the same happens in Birmingham,Manchester etc its not long before you start joini2 points

I'd love to do an article on this, but somehow I think that it might not be publishable! The thing is that the whole hare coursing debate is very divisive. On the one hand you have landowners who are sick of those who drive the land, cause damage etc, and on the other you have the very responsible and respectable people who do/did have permission to course. There are still landowners who would allow coursing if they didn't feel that it would attract the 'wrong' sort of people. Trouble is that so much of the prime coursing land is as flat as can be, and whatever people are doing on the land can2 points
