Hounds had split in forestry on two different foxes. I collected these and they stayed with me whilst the main lot were roaring around out of earshot. Although counter productive from a hunting point of view I can’t help but feel privileged at times like this. To be a part of these type of moments gives me a real connection to the wild animal that has long been bred out of the wolf to give us the modern day domesticated canine.

Good do again lads, thanks to all involved, everyone played a part, especially noodle arms for welching again. I looked into all this a few years ago my dad used to race whippets when I was a lad I’m 50 now .these dogs were different to the non peds of today more like peds in shape ,bit slower bit harder I think I think the non peds of today would soon break ,a little too hot for the field But they do have plenty of fire in there belly ,I used a 19 lbs non ped champ over my old 3/4 saluki ghd bitch several yrs ago kept a bitch back she was 21’ TTS and 35lbs wow what a bitch loads in the tank brill feet and would box them in caught mice to munty with her and she did teeth take a gander at my old posts

Hi guys was out with the hw100 ks Saturday morning took these rabbits and a crow. Only there for 2hours was going to shoot targets but these came into range and I thought it would be rude not to have a crack at them. Any way getting that crow earned me half a dozen fresh eggs from the land owner as the crows go into her chicken coup and steal eggs one less now though.

Lead is natural they don't seem to like that when fed at high speed

Well been out fishing a local river with a good pal of mine and my youngest lad and the little lad catches this thing not usually stumped when it comes to fish so we carefully took a pic and released the little fella got home and found some info on the fish a bullhead and quite a decent sized one rarely caught on rod and line so my lad is walking around a very happy and proud fisherman ?

Checked a few holes to its warm there all staying in cover I'd say still a bit early I think meself
