The hardest thing I've ever done was watching my daughter get married this past weekend.Im still crying.I taught her to catch crawdads when she was little. She had a natural talent for bowfishing. She loves to shark fish. She had always been my digging partner with terriers until one day she brought this boy along with us who is now my son in law. Feeling gutshot from losing my digging partner, fishing partner and daughter in the blink of an eye. Any of yall men with little girls, hug em and take em fishing while you can.12 points

Just under 20 miles and the estate at Shadwell has some history about it, one story i might have said about before is a farmer in my village during the 1800's had a deer herd and a pack of hounds and would hunt the carted stag.He travelled to Hungary and bought some red deer as they were the best he could buy in Europe and brought them back and bred them with his herd, when they banned the hunting of the carted stag he let his herd go instead of culling them as the powers that be told him to do so and the red deer around Shadwell have been DNA traced to the Hungary reds and that is why the red6 points

Tried a new permission today some paddocks not much in the first two paddocks just them sheep treatment tubes. I know others had had a go there so no surprise really. Then crossed a track tried a lower paddock well was getting some signals all junk 12 bore cases but gave me faith it hadn't been done. Nothing really good but did get this Trade weight which I'm told is around Henry V11 or Henry V111 so will give me faith to have another go there. Cheers Arry4 points

My take on it is that it’s all about world wide electronic currency transfers. SWIFT is the recognised method of countries making electronic transfers, When Russia invaded Ukraine , one of the sanctions applied to them was to remove them from the SWIFT system. This made it harder for Russia to buy and sell on the world market. BRICS, ( Brazil, Russia, India , China), has existed as a trading block since 2009 and since Russia was banned from SWIFT, they decided to set up an electronic money transfer system of their own. All the other members of BRICS, apart from Russia are still me4 points

Many thanks to Leeview for the repairs to my 3 long nets and the improvements he made to them and advise given me. Great to meet a gentleman with that much passion about the sport of netting and ferreting. Not to mention an adept of the old skills of net making and repairs. Brazil has already said it aligning its currency with western currencies. Russia is a basket case who had a GDP less than Italy BEFORE it invaded Ukraine. India has a population explosion it’s struggling to feed its people. China would go back to the dark ages if it didn’t trade with the west. Saudi Arabia was invited to join BRICS and went to their last meeting and said “ no thanks”. BRICS is a currency transfer system between its members, you may want it to be something else, but it isn’t, and once the Russia/Ukraine war ends and Russia is accepted back into the SWIF3 points

Anyone been to Krakow in Poland? Planned on taking the nipper to London....£175 for trains.....250-300 for half decent hotel in the centre....300 spending money. It's occurred to me we could go anywhere for that money. Just done a random last minute go anywhere search and Krakow is cheap. Plus I could let him shoot a machine gun! Has anyone ever been? I don't want somewhere that's going to be stressful with the young lad. It's got to be easy going and not hard to navigate. His mum's said I'm talking out my arse and work will get in the way and it won't come off.....so ju2 points

You would think that with zoos being well known honey traps, intelligent big cat hunters would place cameras near by as males came looking for a mate. That tells me it's one of three things, there's no big cats, no intelligent big cat hunters, or more likely, both?2 points

Never a truer word spoken mate and one of the reasons the son inlaw won't sell the patch of land he owns in the Orkneys as the remote places will no doubt be the only places left as this virus of mass immigration spreads across the country..2 points

Had a night at the haunted Bell inn in Thetford must be 15 years ago and I was surprised to find it full of what I assumed were Eastern euros back then. It definitely wasn't the the quaint little picturesque English town that I'd imagined or that I'm sure it would have been at some point in the past. Interesting fact, Dad's Army was filmed around Thetford and the crew and cast stayed in the Bell inn whilst filming! Fortunately Casper never an appearance!2 points
