Well its pissing down and blowing a b*****d so thought I would have a go at cooking some Profiteroles. I watched Rick Stein make them the other night and thought that looks easy lol. Well not as neat as his but not bad. Full of whipped double cream and real chocolate on to. Wifey is out at a pub for Sunday lunch with one of her girl friends. So Pasties in the oven for me, see how they turn out. Just got to clean the kitchen looks like I had an explosion. Cheers Arry11 points

Cool thing about my company is if the pilot or captain thinks your ready they'll let you start driving the boat some. Under direct supervision of course. Not sure how I feel about doing this for 8hr a day though. My pilots been trying to convince me to get into the steersman program. Is a nice lil change of pace though.10 points

The best argument for why this woke madness is occurring is that parents stopped setting boundaries. In my day you might push the boundary with a haircut or piecing or a fashion style , schools still had rules and strict uniform policies , then came a generation of soft parents that used child led parenting , initially it was gender, now it's moving towards animals and other madness, I think the research states that nearly all these children come from broken homes, trauma, multiple trauma etc. rather than strong parents and teachers setting a firm boundary which children will always want to te7 points

Nobody really gives a fck if someone is gay.....but trying to promote it to children and the vulnerable, punishing anyone who doesn't go along with it? A society trying to teach people that a lie is truth. Sad dangerous times no matter if you like nob, minge or both7 points

That's Me Bred and worked the GSD x Greyhound for some 35 yrs and gsd's A father to daughter mating was the last mating i made of the GSD x greyhounds over 8 yrs back , lost the last one 2 yrs back . I didn't want to get another dog in (greyhound) so I had AI on a 3/4 cross to her father a half x , 3 in the litter , that made me happy . My preference was the half x ,plenty of stamina great all round dogs used for all occasions , ferreting , lamping , hunting up , in the beating line. Picking up.when I was shooting rabbits . The 3/4 cross obviously a lot faster , took 108 rabbits6 points

She’s quite compact and looks big boned? I wouldn’t put a whippet over her otherwise you might need to cross out again to get anything racy enough , I’d be looking for a taller dog just my personal preference .2 points

My son went to the badlands in Alberta last year to one of the worlds holy grails for fossil hunter Drumheller,he actually watched a professional paleontologist clean a fossil in the dinosaur centre. I bought my lady a fall jacket the other day with a dinosaur logo on and saw a similar mini dinosaur later that day in stone.2 points

Let me give you a first hand experience; Woodga, LDR and myself were walking between rabbiting permission’s and the police stopped us and searched us and issued us with notices”suspected of poaching “, even though they saw the permission letters and spoke to the farmers. The police simply wanted to report at the end of their shift that they had made a ‘collar’, they had nothing on us but still issued the notices. I walk to my allotments twice a day with my dogs over fields that have a public right of way but I have regular run ins with the keeper and the farmer. If the police were c2 points

I used to carry a knife fishing, hunting, cutting plasterboards, laying a bit of lino…..I have one in the truck now for opening feed bags. What about hammers ?…….or rolling pins ? What about garden spades or shovels ? A brick ?………a cricket bat ? What about a garden or dinner fork ? Carving fork ? To my knowledge I’ve never harmed anyone with any of these and neither have 99.99% of other people……but now they should get 10 year behind the door just for having them maybe ? Absolute f***ing nonsense ! Let me tell everyone this, I bet British cit2 points
