etsy.com WWW.ETSY.COM Who is old enough to remember them? They were used to brew and drink tea from. All working men from my neck of the woods had them in the 50s. My dad was a docker and all dockers had the same unofficial uniform. A black Raleigh bike, a gaberdine overcoat ,either worn or folded over the handlebars, a cloth cap and a white scarf tied in a knot. Pride of place was the billy can which used to swing from the bikes handlebars. I remember one Saturday I 'borrowed' my dad's billy can to hopefully bring back frogs and newts. Me and my mate were embarking10 points

'The only requirement for evil to flourish is for good men to do nothing'. Those animals were not the only guilty ones. Everybody else who saw it and did nothing were also guilty. Social workers, police, children's home staff and the parents of the kids who had ended up in care. Those girls were failed by everybody. They were viewed as dirt.....slags, by people who should have known better. Yes I know a small minority of the girls came from caring homes, but the vast majority were disturbed, neglected kids and easy prey for the paedos. I think some of the professionals who looked af5 points

All I remember of the moonlandings was us all being led into a room at school to watch it on a television and so many of us getting kicked out for being disruptive because we were bored shitless watching it.4 points

This is what makes me smile when the conspiracy theorists say 9-11 was an inside job, an excuse to invade Iraq. Blair just had Alistair Campbell make up a dodgy dossier…..that was all the excuse he needed ! Cheers.4 points

People forget. The CIA flew large amounts of drugs in Arkansas ,while Bill Clinton was the governor. Those drugs, sparked the crack epidemic . Crack cocaine was responsible for tens of thousands of deaths in the America at that time .3 points

Yes Fred could well be a Penny bun / Cep but a job to tell. Keep an eye out in the same area for more. Heres is a big one o found today the only one I had so big I had to cut in half to get it in the basket 9 inches across. Few little maggots in it but Penny Bun/Ceps are such good mushrooms I'm going to eat it or cut it up and dry it. Should cut white and stay white. Should have white sponge turning olive as it get old. Rule of thumb for Boletes is must have no red on it should not go blue when cut through. Cheers Arry2 points

Absolutely, we have poisoned two generations with this 3rd world culture…….we literally burned out our own foundations with it. I genuinely now believe we are seeing a country in its death throes……2 points
