  8. I think they just took it for granted everyone would comply. I seems to be since the new HR assistant started some of the ideas she is coming out with are laughable wanting employees to send her their bios about their hobbies and other interests and talents. I was dieing to send her one saying I love shooting squirrels and other stuff with my catapult. Lol

  9. The KC part to me is irrelevant they just came with papers . I wanted small dogs as were I am thè extra pace in tight areas small fields is an advantage . I don't need a 20+ rabbit lamp dog . As what you say is true the whippet originally had bull blood in it . So in reality it is a mongrel . I wouldn't a dog or a pair to replace my dog I lost a couple of months ago . The way the scene is going it will all be gone . You only have to see what some people openly post on Facebook to make you shake your head in disbelief . All I require is a something to knock about with without drawing to much at

  12. The most fukcing annoying thing ever! When I'm on the bike and I approach people, I shout (in a pleasant way ) "coming through" if I'm walking and people on bikes ring their bell more than one "ting" I totally ignore them it's as though they are saying "get out of the way" The worst are the ones who silently flash past you, you don't know they are there ffs. Have threatened to put the lead and coupling through a few spokes over the years, especially when people on bikes say "your dog should be on a lead" on a fecking bridleway bikes are supposed to give way to everything else, ho

  18. it’ll get paid i’d say but it’s a bit a good publicity for once you can’t go blaming people taking the dogs with out knowing if they are guilty like most things in this country innocent until proven guilty is a lie the longer the left are dictating the worse this shithole we live in will keep going down hill

  20. I remember an American when I worked in the Middle East, deciding he was going to create a “chuff chart”; you know the sort of thing, a management “tree”, picture of the GM, then below that pictures of the manager, section managers, supervisors, etc. Anyhow, this was back in the 70’s and photography was frowned on, many Arabs believing a photo stole your soul, so that idea went down like a cup of cold sick ! So if they insist on having your photo taken, just tell them you’re an Arab and it would offend your religion, put in a claim for discrimination and that should have them backing

  21. Best thing the lads can do now is get intouch with the IPCC. If the case was weak ie In sufficient evidence. Then a solicitor will look into it for them. Even better if that goes in paper or on net. That they've had to pay the lads out compo. Because the worry about court played its part on family life , not been able to book our family holiday to which we normal do each year. Kids thinking our beloved pet was going to be put to sleep. Kids every morning looking at dogs bed. Mentally an physically took its toll. Not eating because of the empty gut feeling. Ad of already been paid out lol. Ju

  27. These kids come in all bright and bushy tailed and expect everybody to be the same. They don't know anything about family worries and money worries and how people feel undervalued, underpaid and f****n knackered after a lifetime of graft. I found them a real pain in the arse. I hate it when employees get checked up on all the time. I refuse to comment when I get phone calls asking me to rate my experience of an employee who has been doing work in my house. Give people some dignity ffs.

  28. We've had the same but had to sign a consent form where about 80% of the non office based jobs didn't sign so then they got our bosses to come round to try add a little pressure to be told to feck off. We've had meetings and training where they've tried and the room as threatened to walk out if they took any pics nothin can do about it

  30. Seems a common sense reaction. Nothing in your contract to allow them to take your photo and stick it on the Web. They probably want to add words coming out of your mouth like. " I love working in this team. There's great camaraderie. I'm passionate about my work.zzzzzzzzz" When the opposite is true.

  36. What doesn't help in some of the cases is when people have been found to be liars that their is no consequence for them . Benjamin Mendy the man city full back was accused of mulpile things like rape and attampted rape by some women. He was a Man City player on big wages in a team that would eventually go on to break records . He got accused and the papers and the Internet went to town on him , character assassination and career assassination. Year or so later he's cleared in court and is now back in France playing for Lorient . A whole lifetime of working hard as a kid , giving up socia

He was the main speaker at a sportsman's dinner about 12 year ago at the Hilton hotel in Gateshead, tyne and wear (bloody chromebook, caps stopped working again). about 45 minutes in there was an announcement to say the sir ranulph will be speaking later than planned as he got lost. i forget where he had travelled from, somewhere down south, but had missed the turn off on a1 and was in scotland. i can just about understand someone missing the 1st exit but to carry on all the way up to over the

Did a trail yesterday looking for a hibernaculum,a guy I spoke to saw the emergence on the same walk in the spring, dozens of sluggish snakes on the path he had to step over,I saw 20+ in total, autumn is a day away so they are getting ready to go underground. Also saw the train track connecting Ottawa is extending out to us which is a good thing, property price increase.
