Don't laugh. We have now got a cleaner. After the Mrs bout of illness last year she's now firing on all cylinders and working flat out. Works in the community with terminally ill folk plus runs her own little business. Anyway the house gets a bit messy what with me working part time and spending so much time out fishing, shooting and buying shite for my shed. So the Mrs has asked on Facebook for recommendations of cleaners. I'm imagining a little fit piece, tight uniform, feather duster, bobs your uncle. What we have got is a middle age harridan who turns up with no unif9 points

We all like to think that we would be able to deal with one of these dogs if it grabbed us...but in reality, you would need a handgun on your persons....and even then, you would need to have some pain barrier to be calm enough to get it out and shoot the f***ing dog.... I got grabbed by a 27"bull cross yrs ago, when my dog walked past it and clamped onto its front paw started shaking it.I got in the way trying to separate them and it f****d my 2 hand, wrists, lower forearm even bit up my back and arse ,ended up having 3 lots of surgery in 48 hrs, kept my wounds open..ended up getting pinned8 points

Folk really underestimate just how powerful these dogs are, even taking them on the sleeve it's hard enough to do anything but get ragged about and you're not dealing with all the pain and blood loss from a live bite! It's basically impossible to do anything but mildly annoy a dog like that with your bare hands and even with a tool you need to actually hit something vital to stop it. I wouldn't back any man 1on1 with a determined dog over 80lb TBH, even if they had a knife on them I'd say odds are still in the dogs favour.7 points

And he was lucky enough to be able to get to a kitchen knife.Thats what I was trying to say in an earlier post,If something 80lb+ with really bad intentions gets hold of you unless youre a freak strongman who can drag it to where you can grab a tool or you happen to have a knife in your hand youre pretty much f**ked as you aint got too much time before you just go into shock7 points

I did very little in the last lockdown after the first few weeks just got back on with my life worked on people’s houses that were happy for me to press on, but this time I will do even less to conform and one day something will get me but I will not live in fear or be blackmailed or bullied into conforming, the home I work in had 2 cases before I went away for a week so let’s see tomorrow when I go back5 points

Old dogs are often like old Hunting Men... As time goes by, their ability to cope with Meat Bones and Raw flesh sometimes dimishes... For that reason, I now feed all my Veteran rabbiters on a mix of Lidl frozen chicken breasts, mixed with a Senior type of grain free, Lamb and Rice kibble... Obviously, I throw in a raw egg a couple of times a week,..but more importantly, I try not to overfeed them . Copious, regular excersise is a great aid to their digestion, and I allow the dogs, plenty of retieving games and other beneficial excersise. It's a sad fact,.but, as so5 points

Like I said to the wife if the country does go back into lock down your stuffed anyway even if you say Im not following any rules. Lots of small seasonal business/pubs/hotels/restaurants etc would love it shut down get some more free money. Larger companies like Amazon (whos shares are plummeting at the moment) Netflix/Sky would love it, begging for it no doubt. People on the streets en masse to protest, no chance, back at home on 80% of their wages slagging anyone else off who don't follow and grassing their neighbours up. Country opens back up in 3 months excess fuel in storag4 points

Yes sir.We kayak the baits out but fish from shore. The weight will be tied to the hook with small mono line usually 20lb test. When the shark bites the bait it cuts the weight free.Sharks will drop a bait that has to much weight resistance. The breakaway setup is the best I have found.4 points
-
Won't be testing again, the kids were all down with something last week and I had family members asking if I'd tested them for covid, nope won't be happening is what they were told.4 points

I used up the last of my shark weights last weekend so I made some more. Concrete poured in a square plastic bowl. They weigh roughly 8 lbs a piece.I push some wire in to attach fishing line.3 points

Fukin nightmare, I had a mate do my garden 1 day a week, slow as, then he said he can’t do weeding, or digging flower beds etc cause his back hurts. His pruning was cutting a straight line threw any plant/ bush, shrub. £600 a month ffs. Told him I may as well do it myself .3 points

My presentation doesn’t do the bird any favours…. Other than that it was very nice indeed.3 points

I saw the video and I bet its a younger person filming who would have been more physically capable of helping instead of them old blokes. Surely someone in one of the nearby houses could have supplied a knife or something to help.3 points

I do not like the prick full stop mainly down to what him and that other arsehole Ross did some year's ago concerning an actor's granddaughter shit like that I don't find one bit funny. People are justified in believing why now have these victims come forward reminds me a bit of some of the Pakistani groomers in Rotherham who at the time they were commiting these crimes the victims were ignored due to the influence the groomers had at the time especially in the case of Tony Blairs Muslim poster boy Lord Ahmed maybe Brands victims at the time when Brand was more popular with MSM the victims tho3 points

Youd think with everything going on the last few weeks the Bully owners would want to keep thir nuts down.Just been into Canterbury today,A seriously busy city centre. And there it is,A soppy looking c**t in tracky bottoms and a vest literally being dragged along by an 80lb chocolate XL with the mandatory gold kerb chain collar with a stupid grin on his face like everyone who was looking at him like hes a prick should be really impressed. Not realising what a pathetic c**t a looked because he couldnt even control his own dog3 points

Let it be known that salt/brackish water is some of the easiest fishing I've ever had. Just put a little pice of meat or fish in the hook and something it's going to eat if before it hits the bottom lol2 points
