Been working and building my own feeding station and hide for past couple months and now i'm very happy to say all my hard work has paid off, Male Sparrowhawk came in today for 30 mins and what a stunning bird he is. I can't express enough the satisfaction and sense of achievement i have right now.7 points

Still seeing Magpies around the yards and barns. Anyway, one less, a 43 yard shot off the side of the tractor and between it`s shoulder blades if you will. Just crumpled, instant dispatch. atb Mark7 points

This morning had the perfect ferreting day feel about it, frosty windscreen and noticeably cooler than of late, on our arrival that all soon changed, the wind was horrendous, I had a good start with 6 in the bag then things slowed right down bolting 1s&2s until later on when I had another couple of 6s a few digs thrown in along the way I was up to 25 just after dinner so with one last fight to get my longnets back into the basket I called it a day very windswept, the final total between me and my mate was 37 cheers for now Neil b7 points

21 year old, British prospect, in a sport you could retire from by 30, 24 is not young, plenty of world champions younger, hughie is shite, he showed it against Parker then confirmed it last night, that was,nt even a good performance by amateur standards6 points

Less than a week ago made the leap and bought canons new EOS R, very happy with it. AF is unbelievably quick focusing on seagulls (not had chance to get it out ratting yet). Really happy I made the leap but definately in need of some new glass soon. More than likely canons 50 or 85mm 1.2 and canons 70/200 f2.8 with a 2x convertor. Here’s a couple from my first week with it using canon 50mm 1.8 & sigma 150/600 f4/5.6.4 points

Can't give you a like, so I,ll give you a big X because I was starting to think I,d been in a parallel universe, watching a different fight to others on here, there was nothing positive, nothing to work on and nothing to build on for the future, it,s like people are expecting a poor journey man to bring home a world title, he,s had two attempts at moving up in class and been found severely lacking both times4 points

As allway no nets today but that wind is still a pain for the dogs to know what’s going on under ground4 points

According to some reports the suspect wasn't a huge fan of Donnie due to him not being biased enough towards the Jewish community and for being a globalist as opposed to a nationalist. I doubt that little snippet will make it onto CNN though.3 points

Goodonya for sticking in there guys? Back in the day, I once did ten straight days ferreting, one after t'other, working on a motorway embankment. Every fecking day was constant high winds and endless traffic noise It nearly finished me,..feck rabbiting in the wind...I fecking hate it...?3 points

Never did. Only thing other than pigs I allowed him to run was coyotes. I didn't send him coyotes much because my focus is pigs. Pigs I can flip and tie and then bring a trailer to them and load them in a trailer then untie them and sale them for 30 cents a pound plus a $10 head bonus. Or I dispatch them with a long knife and take them home and feed them to the dogs. My dogs diets consist mainly of pig. Of course I'll BBQ a shoulder or hindquarter or ribs off a nice fat sow. So nothing wasted and a little money to be made. Coyotes bring nothing dead so I don't c3 points

Yeah, same. Personally I support open carry but I don't do it outside of work. I'm basically of the opinion that just because you can doesn't mean you should, but that's another thread entirely. The OP is about a bloke shooting up a synagogue and I'm sure we've had enough threads turn into pro/anti to know what comes next so I won't politicise other than to say the suspect was big into conspiracy theories and had serious issues with Jewish community. Mutiple witnesses are claiming he was shouting 'All Jews Must Die' before opening fire. Also, like the Las Vegas shooting he wasn't known to2 points
