For anybody interested in a longer handle version.I emailed them yesterday and they replied today.Basically they will make them any length you want but they only make custom orders once every quarter at the same time they make the normal length ones.He said it would be doubtful to get a custom length one before Easter.

I got a phone call at 9 am this morning that shes was more coordinated but was still deeply sedated and they felt they couldn't let her out but would phone late afternoon with a up date , at 4 pm a nurse phoned to say she had just walked her round the garden and she had done a pee and i could pick her up at 7,30 after the vet had spoken to me . Well I had planned a good afternoons sport on a perm I haven't visited since mid November but the van wouldn't start and her indoors needed the car so I had to wait for her to return. I had the Lurchers and my teckels out on Sunday through some cover, lovely morning it was too...very frosty with a bit of fog in the air...cant beat the noise of a few germans breaking the morning silence after a few rabbits!

a couple weeks ago, whilst in the pet store buying hay & wood shavings for the ferret hutch. its was playing on the back of my mind how they were scratching a lot, So, i ditched the wood shavings & went home with a paper shredder 20 pound from Argos. now i have a never ending supply of shredded paper that gets delivered threw my letter box lol. the ferrets i haven't seen them itching since & its now free.

I got a call on Monday from a school with a fox problem. This was the result from my visit yesterday. Taken with Hornady 17g V-Max between 50-110 yards. The HMR was used because it was the most appropriate for the job. I seem to deal with a few at schools, but it's usually one or two or a family, not often I take 6 in about 2.5hours.

Ifound some Rabbits to-day and its the first time this season that i have thought i could trip one up , the best side of the hedge was being worked by Badgers so it would have been a waste of time setting any thing there but as the ditch was flooded i did not think the Badgers would wade it but the Rabbits could easily jump it , the fields here are flooded and i don't the Rabbits will be moving much to-night but one would be nice two would be brilliant, any more will be a disaster as it is a mile from the motor straight through a Bog .

would it not be better to let those few Rabbits breed as they are so scarce round your way?
