  5. This morning we'd had fresh snow, o°c, no damage for dogs. Unfortunately during the afternoon hunt, a car punched one dog on the road. Dog is still alive, it should be back. Lot of hares in this area, too much. Thus, dogs changed. So, despite a lot of runs, We didn't get anyone. It was a very good time.

  14. Paganism is a beleive a derogetary term coined by early Christians and has been adopted to encapsulate everything that don’t fall under the banner of well known world religions. I count myself as a Christian in as much as I beleive Christ existed and that I beleive the bible to be a complete road map to human happiness........however, my beleive in creation stems from the very fact that all beleife systems are so similar when you cut away the bollocks. The whole human race since stone henge and milenia before that didn’t suddenly all have the same delusion, our ancestors sensed somet

  17. A chap tries to get into a nightclub but the bouncer stops him for not wearing a tie. He walks back to his car but then gets an idea. He takes the jumper cables out of the boot, put them around his neck and ties them like a tie. He goes back to the door of the club and asks the bouncer was he OK now ? "OK, " says the bouncer "you can go in, but don't start anything."

  18. Go back there with the rifle and tell them it's brand new and it's broke. How long is it going to take?, here's my phone number give me a call when it's fixed. Squeaky wheel gets the oil. Being busy at Xmas is no excuse for not replying to a customers complaint, especially as you've Emailed them twice. I bet if they had an Email from one of their suppliers saying there was going to be a problem with one of their deliveries they would reply to that pretty sharpish!.

  20. .22 FN12 single shot - they're fantastic rifles Phil Good solid, simple engineering and, as accurate as anything else I own. I fill to 160/170bar and get 40/45 good shots. Once you get used to it, it's fairly easy to load in the dark.

  27. Short notice but some one might be interested? Estate ranger Estate Ranger required (Oxfordshire) Cornbury Park Estate requires an “Estate Ranger”. Your main responsibility is vermin control, particularly grey squirrels but including corvids, foxes, rabbits etc. Additional responsibilities include assisting the Deer Manager during busy periods as well as overseeing and helping with regular Estate activities. You will need to be self-motivated, physically fit and happy to work on your own for long periods. A good communicator with people management skills is desirab

  28. Layer Cake has one of the all time greatest and most realistic crime film scenes imho. The scene where Morty gives it to the bloke in the cafe is a classic. ”never mind all that, let’s have a nice cup of tea !” Quality

  38. I like a laid back slob of a terrier, that lives for little but work and when it crawls into the darkness you've total confidence of getting a result without having to rush. Nose, brains, durability you shake your head at. And that self clips itself for shows. Although I can live without that.

  40. Why would you only give a 15 month old pup until the end of the season, this year should be about playing and learning, I have one of these pups and he’s great and I’m really looking forward to next season, you’re running an immature dog on quarry that is starting to get into top gear and how can your dog be fit if it’s been off injured for a couple of weeks, I certainly wouldn’t be writing a dog off after one season.

  45. I am only connected to electric and phone and obviously mains water everything else is mine and I can provide for myself. So, I can do without phone, water is not a problem to harvest as it falls out the sky by the f***ing tanker load !! If I had the money to invest in a decent solar or wind system for electric then I would pretty much be totally off grid. I own 2 peat bogs and a forest so fuel is no problem and I do that for myself now. I am just about to sit down and eat my own pork and I also have my own veal and lamb in the freezer now. I have eggs but I am shit at
