Celtic deeps was alive yesterday dolphins everywhere and seen my first whales feeding, planned to go wrecking and sharking but weather conditions changed our plans and we were seeing bait balls and feeding frenzies so after filling the ice boxes up after a few drifts over the wrecks we decided to get the tuna rods ready, we had 5 takes 1 didn’t hook, 1 snapped us and landed 3, great day we slept well last night, tight lines.3 points

I’ve been into weight training for a while, and it’s changed the game. I’ve noticed such a difference in my strength and overall fitness. The key, I think, is finding a routine that works for you and sticking with it. It doesn’t have to be super complicated—just consistent. I found some great tips and routines at fitnflexed.com that helped me level up my training. It’s all about gradually increasing your weights and ensuring you're doing exercises correctly. And don’t forget to mix in some rest days. Your body needs time to recover and grow stronger. Keep at it; you’ll see the progress before2 points

I've never heard as much shite Listening out for the dogs nails making a sound on the road. And how the f**k does cutting the dogs nails down , down size the nail bed. Your cutting the length of the nai not shaving the f***ing nail near the bed you plum. The nail goes right back under the toe end just like our nail does. That's where the dirt gets bedded under. That's why it's a must to clean the bed of the nail. You can't educate people like you. As for the dog I've got now. He's 8 years old with a joint injury from last season. He was held up for 6 months and he's still not walking2 points

Cheers mate! Yes, it's right good little spot that is. It's on Rushup edge. I left the car in Mam tor car park. I scanned my National trust ticket on the parking machine.. paid me up until midnight. It's says no overnight parking but i can't see who's going to be monitoring that at those hours! It's exactly a mile walk along the edge. I earmarked the pitch a few weeks back when I had a walk up there with my Mrs and daughter for the first time. Massive views for not very much effort! It's good bit of escapism if you like, especially for my work mate who I usually go with. He's single, live2 points

Wow that looks a cracking spot mate. It's something I've always fancied doing just getting all the gear in a big rucksack and going off grid for a few days.2 points

Pit top mooching this morning. Don't know wether it's an age thing but seeing different fauna and wildlife seems to bring some past memories back. Like seeing these reeds that reminded me of a time wile coursing on Crowland and we got bogged down in a dyke as we were surrounded by the police and bullrushes how we collected them as kids and sold them door to door for folks to put in vases as a decoration it's how as 12 year olds we got enough money to buy our first ferrets and then spotting roe deer that always got the heart beating when in pursuit of them with the lurchers.2 points

Well I managed to get on Friday with my youngest daughter for her first camp out. She's 15 and was a but apprehensive about it all but also a but giddy at the same time. Only a mile and a half walk in but really steep at the beginning. I didn't want to overface her with a hard walk on a hot day especially with having the pack on for the first time but she's a strong kid to be fair and didn't even break sweat really lol. I was blowing straight away as per usual! It couldn't have gone any better. Great weather. No wind and we watched a really nice sunset. Cooked burgers and shared a big bag2 points

Me and a buddy drove to Tennessee and explored a small river. It was 95 degrees with heat index of 105 when we launched our kayaks.Im still amazed how much gear I can fit in a 11 ft kayak. This morning I'm airing out my hammock and repacking.Hope to explore a creek this weekend.1 point
