I was gifted a Saluki in saudi, and when it died, the guy sent me a Doberman as a replacement. Not a breed I would otherwise have had, but it would have been churlish and disrespectful to have refused it. It turned out a very nice dog and I brought it home to the UK. It gets a mention in one of Darcy's books, flushing roe to Bruce and Delta. Even caught the odd rabbit. Cheers.

I think it depends on your understanding of the word "conspiracy". If you take it literally, as "more than one person conspiring to commit a crime",then I'd say the JFK assassination was definitely a conspiracy. If you consider everything a "conspiracy " such as fake moon landings, lizard people ruling the world, Illuminati, etc, then the vast majority are laughable nonsense. Even so, some "conspiracies" , like myths and superstitions have some basis in fact, but greatly exaggerated . That’s one way of looking at it mate, I just look at it differently. Absolutely. What could be better for the continuation of western foreign economic policy than to rid itself of another competitor to the table of food production and natural resources? Why does the human mind crave conspiracy, I've found myself sucked into questioning everything, being swayed by ideas of various conspiracies. There's an element of mistrust in society, but there's also a huge need for humans to have answers , possibly how religion took such a foothold, we also need to see patterns and when we can't we might create them. I believe sometimes the obvious answers are the right ones , moon landings, JFK, anyways it's a topic to disprove conspiracy being part of the human make up, do conspiracy enthusiasts actually try and disprove their theories......as a scientis

I've often said that, as a nation, we need to be more self sufficient. 'Irish stew' consisting of lamb, potatoes, carrot and onion, is the perfect 'complete' food.
