Well I am having one of my frequent (old prostate syndrome) pisses and my Mrs of 52 years walks into the bathroom. In true white knuckle tradition I said " spit on that thang" in my best American accent. She looked at me witheringly and told me to " f**k off you old fool". Bit of practice at bottom of kennels. Got to say I prefer the triangle bow, am sure to a purist archer it would be a gimmick or china eBay junk for £140. But for my novice learning curve it shoots lovely and is accurate. At 57 I've got my biceps growing a little again...and I've put it down to starting very light...First set with just 4 kilo dumbells..set of 30 hammer curls ...rest a few seconds keeping hold of the dumbells...then straight in to a set of curls where you suppinate the dumbells on the way up...15..20 ...a few seconds rest then another set with the dumbells suppinated from top to bottom ...60..70 reps as warm up...loads of blood in there... I then do 3 sets of hammer curls..now I never used to do these until recently I always thought just do a proper curl...but they do hit the biceps well...
