We have had record heat last few days so yesterday I went down to a creek that has those warrior bass.first one of the year. As I made my way to the last spot of the day,I could see something disturbing the water by a log.An otter emerged. She was acting strange.I thought she was torturing a snapping turtle as I have seen them do.I was going to throw a stick at her to make her leave when I realized it wasn't a turtle. It was male otter and they were mating.Ive seen alot of different things otter do but had never seen them mating. I crept back downstream and cut thr4 points

If you average out what I earn in a year it’s just an average wage, I have a lot of time off, especially in the shooting season, I’ve reached a point in my life where I want to work to live, not live to work, saying that I still like the graft and find it hard to turn work down2 points

I’m happy with a grand a week as long as the tax man doesn’t see too much of it ( by that I mean any of it ) depending on the situation I’m between £150 and £250 a day as long as I do £1200 a month the rest is pocket money2 points

To me you take a chance breeding a litter mate you have to breed the best to the best the blood has to be there but you have to use some thing that's worth breeding right or wrong mchull ino this I don't think I'd be taking one if I was into the coursing anyway let's face facts max seems like hes into racing and all this conditioning lark looks and speed over 200 yards doesn't kill hares and pictures are for walls2 points

Me too. The first contest I remember was Don Cockell v Rocky Marciano in 1955. The whole family listened to it on the radio in the early hours of the morning broadcast from America. I've followed it religiously since the early fifties. It used to be part of our culture, a statement of who we were as a country. Telly used to cover the sport really well. Henry Cooper was a much loved super star back in the day. There were other well respected boxers, household names, which we kids used to look up to. Ali was a God to us. He stuck it on his opponents and the American government too. W2 points

Not a film but Small Prophets on BBC, well worth a watch if you want a break from the doom and gloom. I put it on in the care home and everyone loved the old classic re-cycled Brazil nut joke. Mackenzie Crook is carrying on with great British writing/acting.1 point

MSM wont show it as it dont suit the agenda. You had an ex labour MP on GB News yesterday banging on about how great The Chagos deal was smugly saying the USA had signed off on the deal. They went for a break and breaking news on the return was Trump had tweeted to say what a shit deal it was and how it put ours and the USA's security at risk. The MP proceeded to slag off Trump, he was a loose cannon and congress wouldnt be happy. He could find a cure for cancer and the MSM and the left would still hate him!1 point

Surely if you "young fellas" are doing a physical job and are eating "properly" you shouldn't need to go to a gym to "tone up" fooking pussies. Cheers, D.1 point
