I love to take him out fishing or just walk in the fields and wood foraging. My lad and his wife are very protective at the moment and I can understand that he is only two years old. Went to Crown Court today for the final adoption certificate. In 2021 my lad and his wife lost their Daughter my only grandchild of 18 months after trying for a kid for nearly 10 years. Seeing my son and his wife's hurt was hard and of course the wife and I were devastated not being Grandparents. As it was an ultra rare genetic thing they decided to go down the adoption rout. Well after over a year of foster to adopted a long drawn thing. Finally the last rubber stamp so to speak I'm a Granddad to a lovely little Lad. To say I'm over the moon would be a massive understatement.

As others have also said, I like a working whippet to be whippet size, not tall and heavy, it's not a whippet imo. Both of these are KC reg, SS descendents. Both can/did catch good sized numbers, in the worst of weathers, the only time I noticed problems with cold was if they were left stood about. I've said it a lot, whippets are very underestimated dogs.
