Traditional Christopher dinner with my folks and daughter today before a slap up Caribbean Christmas dinner tomorrow with my bird.

It's 3.23am am up , force of habit from my job hours. Come down stairs and he's been lol. Going have a coffee watch a bit of tube. Wait for an hour before first light then nip out for a mooch while everyone is hopefully in bed. Then crack on with Xmas day and the festivities. First time I can remember just me and the wife for Xmas dinner, so we went for something different from the traditional turkey and had lamb instead; accompanied by a decent white wine, absolutely delicious ! Cheers.

It was hard graft tats , but I loved it to be honest mate. I've worked with thousands of binmen over the years , and every single one of them say it's the hardest graft they've ever done . I've always said that I've been to more binmens funerals , than I have retirement party's. Not many of the old lads lived long enough to see a pension. This was what one of my loaders walked a couple of weeks ago.

It’s a wrap !! Well for me , staff still in. Been a busy 48 hrs with night shifts day shifts . Am done now , just got nip back later and cash up and give staff there bonuses and thank them for another good busy year .

Remembered halfway through eating that the cauliflower cheese was still in the oven so it's not in the picture... done the turkey on the smoker, it was delicious and I'm not a fan of turkey.

I eat it all the time,my favourite is black cod and caviar,but if sushi is on a menu I will order it.
