Well good start Monday was an American bank holiday so today was my first full day on site, anyways after my first shift I’ve been told the job is mine but doesn’t start until March which is only 5 weeks away but the lads on base want me to start sooner so are chatting with the boss either way it looks like a cracking job in really beautiful surroundings especially in summer and all being good should carry me on to my pension14 points

We've done some miles since we left Fort Worth on Sunday morning.. Stayed in the Wichita mountains, small place called Medicine Park, full of old history.. had a few beers in the local bar with a proper character, no teeth and wearing a raccoon hat, told me that the previous landlord shot a man dead in the bar as he came in waving a gun about, looked at my feet and said "he dropped dead right where your standing" lol... he was born and raised in a small town 15 miles up the road, proper wild west country.. was a complete wreck head, but great company for a couple of hours.. The sooner the people who live on the island of Ireland, north or south, acknowledge that the present threat to our way of life is much greater than the traditional 'them uns' 'yous ens' finger pointing the better. They need to open their eyes and really look at how the invasion is affecting the future of our nation, north or south.7 points

Sorry to here this, I wish you well There are many versions of chemotherapy for different types of cancer. My daughter had intrervenious chemo but my son had tablet form. I can suggest talking to MacMillans, they may have been in touch with you already. They would give you far better information , help and support than you will get from well meaning people on here, but it’s still good to talk on here if you feel it helps . All the very best, Charts.5 points

Ain't none of them my hero's lol but yes wouldn't suprise me in the least , soon as their money involved the rules change As you say mate if it had to come to juicing the dogs up it's time to pack them in because that ain't testing a dog properly, but greed and egos get the best of people. As we have said before best of just matching for breakfast etc having a laugh giving big slips see what the dogs are really made of without all the unneeded pressure which comes with money being involved4 points

Lovely couple hours out this morning started with a Warren betweena double fence line which we purse netted and had 3 from, then moved on to some open Warren's bolted to the dog he had 3 and missed one then ferrets had hold of one.....lovely morning for 7 best of both bit of netting and some runs for the dog, can't beat it4 points

That's what I do with the pup. Two meat meals, two kibble meals. Kibble first thing, then meat mid day, kibble around 3 o'clock then meat about 7 o'clock. He's covered well this pup mate. I'm working close to home so lucky a can just shoot home. To let him out and feed him mid day at lunch3 points

I completely understand nationalism but from what I see, the shinners are about as nationalist as Reform…..maybe even less so because they are profoundly pro Europe. I also will never trust organisations born out of Marxist ideology but for the purposes of discussion I’ll set that aside. I heard Patrick Kielty say a really good thing when asked about a united Ireland (he was being interviewed by Tommy Tiernan), he said “What are people in the Republic prepared to sacrifice ?” He went on “It’s not republicans you have to convince it’s a good idea, it’s the million and a half peop2 points

There you go Mcslop, cheaper than Arden grange and also 15kg bag instead of 12kg so your getting a quarter of a bag more aswell, best stuff I’ve found to keep weight on when there getting run hard, loads of coursing lads use it, fh got me onto it he swears by it, got to be worth a try2 points

Struggled with catching lives big enough to use and only had dace . Never had a touch on the ones that were usable but caught one roach and put that in and it went straight away but I pulled out of it . Cast it back out and it went again but managed to pull the barbless hooks on an at least mid double at the net . Went back out with the maggot feeder and the rod ripped round and snapped me off before I could pick the rod up . It was the only maggot feeder I had on me aswell2 points
