  1. I have to disagree, why waste a parachute
  2. I'm with fuji and trench foot I've had a couple of dogs bred this way and been out with a few more . For an out and out workhorse they take some beating, damn near indestructible and have a go t anything. Go for it
  3. Wasn't having a go at you mate. Its just not common knowledge what the man is like. And it was a little more complicated than just telling the poor girl to go in with a tiger.....but anyway there's some cracking photos there fuji
  4. Aye that's the one matey ..gonna buy myself an all year round ticket,I love it I do haha is that place still open? heard he was having his licence revoked? I remember when one of the rhinos escaped and ran amok round ulverston lolPlace is bouncing mate, loads of new stuff getting built at the moment,I know that the Tiger killed a lady last year when she went in the enclosure with it,she worked there and must of knew the drill so they reckon she went in to top herself? Rather take a bottle of pills instead of been mauled by a fkn tiger, that tiger hated me yesterday, everyone else it just stroll
  5. If the sick f**k was any kind of terrorist, wouldn't he have tried to hit a town or something? Not just crashed into one of the least inhabited parts of Europe. Whatever, it's just a terrible shame for everybody else involved. Thoughts are with the families
  6. Cutting a Dog doesn't ffect it's work at all in my experience. They may be. Little more prone to putting on weight but any half decent stockman cn mnfe that easily enough.
  7. Slightly off topic but it does tie in. I did a lot of work a few years ago with various protection and guard dog trainers, including Lancashire police. Basically I would get paid to run up and down in a bite suit for a few hours. But watching these dogs, a few definite types became apparent. There were those which would bite just because they had been trained to, didn't mean an,ything to them and they would be just as happy to have a cuddle with you two minutes later. There were so me which got turned on by man work, and very excitable and hard to control, but you could see with them that it w

    Being Watched

Fella brought one up here to do some survey work on the estate, something to do with finding ancient field boundaries and that type of thing, it was quite an education to watch him not only controlling the machine but also the camera, focussing and directing it etc. brilliant footage, glad I got a chance to watch him.tight fecker wouldn't let me have a go though !
  9. I have been thinking a bit about this, and I think I would ask every single person who has said anything at all about your dogs exactly who said it. You will get a lot saying they can't remember and all that crap, but really press them, don't accept that as an answer, and I'm sure a name or two will emerge.
  10. Temperament? I guess the question is whether you believe temperament can be inherited. And if so, can aggressive inclinations be handed down from parents? I think this can happen, I had a collie cross some years ago which just wanted to take me on all the time from seven weeks old! Made a decent dog in the end, but never trustworthy. From another angle, back in the 70s the dog considered to be the meanest was the Alsatian, but then came the dobermann, then the rottie, then the pit. All at the time became very popular for a few years, and with this popularity came a surge in badly bred and
  11. to be honest, nobody wants to be bit by any dog, full stop. as a deterrent, even a failry small dog can be effective if a) it is noisey and it seems to be committed and by that i mean, it gives the impression that it really does want to bite. i've seen terriers in cars that i really would think twice about opening the door!!
  12. this is a poor show, somebody needs a word. but you know that anyway! personally, i would try to take absolutely no notice, and carry on as if nothing had happened. obviously whoever is doing this has no other way to get at you, so if this course of action doesnt appear to work then they either will lay off, or have to come up with something more blatant which in turn will be more likely to give them away. and as a rule, these arent the sort of people to damage your dogs or property, rumour mongers are normally cowards. hope you find em anyway, and dont let the c##t upset you
  13. yeah, cattle dog would fit the bill, plenty of them wwhen i was out in oz and they certainly dont tolerate strangers. but if yiou are looking for something cheap and easy to get hold of, a lot of farm collies can be very protective
  14. i understand that there are some hybrids about as well, just to confuse the issue!

  18. had collie Xs for years, but have always fancied an australian cattle dog x grey or to go down a completely different direction, a whippet might be fun
  19. exactly which bone is broken and what kind of break?
  20. you can use dogs for hauling, just not on the public highway.
  21. interesting. i saw a study a few years ago which actually found that there is quite a lot of scandinavian DNA in the british gene pool, but similarly found that the distribution hasnt altered that much, it said that basically the further east you go, the more "viking genes" you have. i was seeing a girl from lowestoft at the time, i remember her being most upset when i asked if she spoke norwegian i will try to find a link to the study.
  22. the police obviously have some idea as they are talking about offenderS what a fecking appalling thing to do though, whoever it was
  23. there once was a dirty old bloke picked up a young lass for a poke he wore the girl out with his f***ing about then he shat in her shoe for a joke

    Rspca

they sent her back like that to make it impossible for you to get a proper second opinion from a different vet. notice how autolysed the carcase is too, which prevents a lot of diagnostics. they are a bunch of slippery c##ts, because i bet if they had found evidence which incriminated you then the carcase would be frozen somewhere in pristine condition as evidence
