    i rent a house out, the trouble is not all people are decent tenants some tenants think f*ck it i've not got to pay to have it maintained so dont respect or look after things, my last one cost me 1000's in repairs and same as the council you have a duty to the neighbours and can quite easily be took to court i've got a great tenant now who looks after the house like its his own, and a few weeks ago he said he was thinking of getting a dog for his kids, no problem with that crack on he was told if you show your a decent tenant you might be surprised

    i'm wanting some advice on the ns50 i'm thinking of getting an ns50 as on one of my permissions the rabbits are coming in off the railway i've got a hw100 in .22 thats been tweeked a bit by a&m which i absolutely love and an mtc viper 4x16x50 would an ns50 match up with this set up as someone said they dont match every scope ? cheers albert

    put mine in kennels and he suffered, lost weight and condition they just dont get the stimulation and exercise so now when i go on my jollies he goes to my pals in lincoln and he gets plenty of exercise there :whistling:
