Four Serving British Soldiers Arrested On Suspicion Of Terror Offences
Jonjon79 replied to BGD's topic in General Talk
Why, what is it about that ideology that offends you ?.........is it the nationalism or the socialism ?What I find distasteful is that the nazis were defeated at great cost. Yet, some silly sods, whos grandparents were likely part of that fight, think it ok to go around giving nazi salutes and saying things like 'hitler was right' It's just not British. -
Four Serving British Soldiers Arrested On Suspicion Of Terror Offences
Jonjon79 replied to BGD's topic in General Talk
Seen a lot said about these lads being accused of being members of a terrorist organisation but, is no one bothered by the whole neo-nazi thing? I support our troops and, hope these lads get a fair trial but, if they really chose to identify as neo-nazis - f**k 'em. -
Yep, the Ultra's a good little rifle ..... If you want something a bit bigger, the Ultra Max and Scorpion are worth a look. If you want something a bit more self contained (no bottle or pump needed), it could be worth considering a quality springer - it takes a bit more practice but, a good hunting shot is more rewarding. Either way, the second hand market is always worth a look - most forums have a sales section and, Freeads isn't too bad Good luck with your choice

I Want To Start Hunting In Uk! (Help)
Jonjon79 replied to orfeas's topic in New Member Introductions
Welcome mate. You don't need a permit to hunt in the uk but, you will need permission from whoever owns the land. You will need a certificate before you can buy a shotgun though - I'm not sure what the rules are on those for foreign students. Hopefully someone will be able to give you good advice. Good luck -
Spot on. Like Red said - nothing better to dedicate their time to. It's sad really.

A vegan animal rights advocate says she is "over the moon" following the success of a campaign to scrap this year's annual Woodditton Sheep Run. Samantha Francis, 42, from St Ives, started a petition calling on Woodditton Parish Council to bring a halt to the "unnecessary and cruel" event which sees dozens of sheep being chased round a 70m grass track with stuffed teddy bear 'jockeys' on their backs. So, what's it got to with her? ...... I wonder how many signatures on her petition came from local people that will actually be at the event Just to piss her off, I'd replac

It's funny how things differ in different places, I live in the back arse of beyond in Ireland and loads of people cut about pissed.....driving cars, tractors you name it and nobody gives it a second thought. I take a pretty dim view of it and people think I'm a bit odd for caring !! I did wonder about that once when I was driving to Kildare - It was around 10pm. I'd go for miles without seeing any houses then there was a pub with a full car park, then again, nothing for the next few miles

I don't understand why they let the dog hang on for so long, or why they needed it - there was enough old bill there to deal with 1 bloke. It looks like excessive force. If that had been me, that dog wouldn't have been on duty for a while after that.

I don't understand why he was laughing. Nothing wrong with helping an injured animal on it's way and, eating it if you chose to but, what's to laugh at He sounds a bit sadistic.

Fried rabbit liver, cherry tomatoes and English mustard on lightly toasted, buttery bread. But, from my childhood, you just can't beat beef dripping and a little salt on bread - I've never had it as good since nan died.

When I moved mum and dad into their bungalow, I used a mates transit. The last load was me, mum and dad in the front. My brother was in the back with 2 sofas and a grumpy boxer/staffy cross - it blamed him him for all of the fast corners and harsh braking. The noises on that 2 mile journey were funny as feck The little shit punched me when I opened the back doors
