Can a person not voice there experience with without a prick like you giving a smart remake but sure that's the hunting life for you full of smart arses ! don't bite paddy...lol... if this is the right man ive got I know your not feared to drop in tricky places....

No, but the bird of prey centre that take my trapped squirrels took the muntjac This one would have made better eating think we seen enough pics of dead stock.... and predators... you have proved your point. shut it down!

If your having a problem finding work for your terrier next season, Go out and try proper fox control... and that means if your permission's is struggling to have a predator dealt with tell him to ring you, you will sort it and try being a fox for a day/ night or two/four playing chess with him/her then checkmating... whatever way you can, setting necklaces... have to be checked sunrise sunset, flushing to gun takes time to organize and when is, what if there laid up under ground then terrier needs to be used....all doesn't happen like the movies... and still go to work and walk dogs in betwee

Looks like furys been training in your yard. Hard as nails to rip bark like that!

There goes my theory then just out of interest you say you enjoy terrier work how many acres is this permo?

I also beleive the dog fox mates and in a rural enviroment stays only while the bitch is reseptive then moves on to find more vixens to serve... if you find a dog around a cub den then i would think hes there to neck a cub or 2 to bring a vixen on again... but its just what i think and my theory so defo not a study or googled.

Female cubs can stay within the 'home' territory right through to the next spring I have found. Male cubs less so one presumes. No matter what we think we 'know' about fox behaviour, there's still much we don't know. Fox dynamics change depending on many factors IMO, food being one of them. I believe that they stay 'together' more if they are urban foxes as opposed to country foxes. But thats JMHO. Which is why cub hunting or Autumn hunting was popular in hunt country to disperse litters it was thought .Does anyone have any pics of a DOG fox at an earth with cubs ,either feeding or just bein

I admire the black dogs always have I dug over a hell of a lot of good 1s throughout the years, what I don't admire is the romanticism behind them, and the hype, funny though the men who I know keep them call them what they are...which in theory is patts... but just black dogs to them, they know were they came from they know how they work and they have a very high success rate in matings.... and they LINE them right so breed to TYPE... just the way all the other men know how to do it. who cares an Irish water spaniel was threw in there for the chocolate gene.... ahem... by the way one of the

all terriers are/ will have been a mix of X's then bred from over many generations by men who will have studied that X and kept dates times... and owners unless into coin & misinterpretations of standard , would then weed out the dreamers and progression and IF further matings to the terriers in the yard of the 1st outcross showed more potential than dentrimental would be kept solely between the tight yards!... when going to men who like to keep a line working for work, never once did I hear hes a patterdale youd have known what you were going to X a potential mating too... well befor

Feed them a wee bit of pure animal fat the nite before... the pure fat helps to keep them cool temp when working so hard underground.
-
I wouldn't class that dog as big... but hes tidy... best of luck with him.
-
is that a radiator in there with them?
-
very tidy....

catch yourself on .... lol no need to get all john wayne ...low plains drifter..... why not actually stop and be calm and try having a conversation with them, about all different things, and if things go pear shaped at least you will know you have tried your best to be civil, and they will know your not intimidated by them because like I said your not doing anything wrong!
-
Nothing to worry about and no big problem like some are making it out..... Carry on walking where you have been walking so long as you make sure its Public where your parking and walking and not PRIVATE. you were genuinely taking your kids a walk in the countryside to get an old mate some hazel sticks to craft into walking sticks...you had a lurcher pup with you for the exercise he was under control by the sounds of it! so what if police are called just tell them the truth of what you were doing do not kick off with the couple...it will make YOU out to look like the big bad lurcher man.....

Well if its not staged its road kill.. anyone who has been out with BOP's will know they kill with there feet and talons granted most strikes will be mostly on the preys back or flanks, but they still have to work ip to the head and crush it with their talons to kill it especially predators like fox and badger that have big teeth... and none of the heads of them carcases looked worked on by a golden eagles feet to me. But i do know golden eagles can take fox... but red deer... its not sinbad! -

They all started 100s of years ago by men who knew the successful ingredient to raring workers. Then handed down just the same as all other fieldcraft... -
Come see the ground i hunt and attempt to navigate, possibly why i know that a dog that cannot connect with a scabby bunny will rarely connect with anything more testing of its pace,on any ground, fact. Aye, But to run it, first its got to find it. And on open moorland and forestry, somethings take some finding. Id not feed a useless fecker that could,nt use its nose as well as its eyes, the sad reality of life to some is that they do not see much of that in their lurcher breeding.I take it as standard that the mutt is let loose and comes to terms with the terrain and hidden quarry, they smell

politics and hunting DONT mix never have,, everyones opinion will be different so we will all miss the life passing in front of us, don't rely on hear say or he said or I think. I have to agree, British names don't belong there and as an Englishman I don't want them there so I sympathise. They have no more place there than Adams or McGuiness do sipping vintage claret in Westminster. Politicians........proving once again they are stupid as f**k. Why don,t they belong there?,they fecking gave their lives there, far removed from Adams and his Derry sidekick that won,t swear allegiance t

Fenian means to many a catholic IRA member,a cowardly individual that a good chicken supper would not go untouched, nah that was Bobby Sands.Of course it does but it's a shame a little bigotry has overtaken a little bit of self education. The ira and the dissident republicans used and use violence on the back of what happened 100 years ago. Look at history and count the amount of protestants were part of the Republican movement, you won't have enough fingers and toes. he bit of chip on his shoulder cause he missed all the action when he was doing security at the airport lol I
