Ive said in the other thread mate I will get a bellman but don't see how that would of helped me here. She had f****d off on a long line on a huge expanse of ground and could of been anywhere. You need to know what set she is in really for a locator surely? unless you know where every set is within a 5 mile radius and check them all...when you own terriers gaz-you should know every hole on the ground mate, just because the dog is a busher don't mean it won't drop in.your lucky she didn't dig on to tight and run out of air.madness running any terrier loose with out a collar on imo.I'm glad you g

My old Beddy bitch did 6 seasons in rock piles that most would walk past now,as you rightly stated earlier terriers bred with the capability to work them are thin on the ground now,i find this a sad reflection on terriers as an whole now, they are bred away from their purpose.I retired the beddy a couple of years ago and last year a red Fell that could be entered in any pile and get a result. My lad as the main terriers now and worked rocks with the old terriers for years, his younger crew he,s had a couple of near misses in rocks and is reluctant to work piles he,s worked for years. His dogs are

LOL..if any of you think trumps good or better than clinton yous are mad. Both are lying sociopaths/psycopaths... how do yous think old don got to open casinos in atlantic city?? A place rife with coruption..or how he got the teamsters on board in manhattan to poir concrete for trump tower... if yos want a snap shot of america in 5 years wtch the film idiocracy.. in fact much of america is like that now.

stop end I had the sire of Russell tucks bitch if he could get to his fox he would kill it simple as the dog was 3/4 bedlington1/4 Lakeland and when he was in the ground many times over night sometimes days he would eat some of the fox plenty of pics on working bedlingtons on here mate atb I know a few terriers that are able to dispatch a fox underground, the reason i know this is because when there dug out they are with there fox and i have witnessed it. Yous are saying your terrier does this and that in the rocks and what im saying is unless you get to your dog in the rocks yous havent a fly

its amazing how many folk have the same theories/stories of the old fell hunters from books, for rockpiles that yous cant dig yous all seem to have xray vision... no disrespect but how can yous even let on yous know whats going on? I go out equipped to tackle most stuff & out to work dogs and if its realistic no problem, but not all... If farmer or keeper walked me up to a rockpile with my terrier that looked like id never see her/him again and said that's the only hole in the area... say what you like but im heading back to vehicle terrier on lead.... and suggest a few different ways
-
shes got a habit of eating them underground. lol Have you never encountered it Stop.End,ive seen it a few times with different breeds over the years, that dog in my avatar would make a right mess of a fox if he were to ground for a long period of time. Nope... but what i have encountered is a fox ferociously contending his territory and a terrier having to defend himself....so hey may be a little bit the worst for wear rather than the fox to be honest. and i have never dug to a terrier which has ate a fox!

Born hunter is correct its a Chinese water deer the one that looks like he has vampire fangs coming out his lips... there is a few up round the north coast seen 2 last year when out with hounds.

Irish Wheatons have always been wheaton colour like a light gold/ white type colour.. the dogs in this clip look to me like Irish terrier types or Kerry blue x types... some heads are snipey and long not short and broad like a true wheaton they also looked to try and with draw the animal... there was around 12 or so old Wheaton's there.... they say a good true wheaton would only go forward...never back.

well have to say broke out and bought the lance lab with the co2 trigger system for wasp nest as I was busy on them and to be honest its the best purchase ive made in a long time... although nests are handy I was getting quite peeved off pulling on and off the suit hoking about with ladders and working a dr5 at height most of the time... ive had 12 nests since I bought it on Monday ... with this new tool you could do 12 a day and still be home for lunch.... anyone who has not got one I would highly recommend...

The show was top class, as is always.... a lot of genuine working dog men show up for this show....men you definitely wouldn't see at many other shows, the prizes are great the raffle is great... the Judges Kevin and Pat pick for the show the first and foremost is he has to be a WORKING judge... Darren works his dogs and has bred some very good dogs himself and still continues to do so I think his C.V. speaks for itself... even the digging comp is not for the faint hearted or goldfish buriers...its 30 mins of tough going in hard ground with some good men on the tools compete... how come over 5

lol... im wrong... ok... sorry! That's alright, you weren't to know. No your wrong and obviously cant see sarcasm... the KC was all about selling pups with stupid show name titles and pre fixes & letting on to gullible eejits that a cross breed of terriers can become a pure breed!... the video was propaganda as too how game there dogs was supposed to be .... so the video was done by eejits looking to sell pups within a fake setting... lol for no way to spread word to the common man they weren't long gathering - 90 eejits all in sunday best including the local plod to conduct si

to be honest the video was staged, and definitely better left in the 1920's .... the footage was staged as a sell my pups video..and was full of cruelty and baiting... releasing vermin/pests in an un natural environment to be hunted down by men with egos and dogs in a staged setting... when the animals did connect they were more interested in being in view of the camera than separating the animals making sure they are ok ... lol 1920! 2016 still the same facebook wannabes trying to get a chapter in a book... remember the pen is mightier than the sword!

I was coming out of the bar last night just after 11, there was 5 Moate locals having a smoke, they asked me what the occasion was...I told them it was a dog show and they couldnt believe it.... they wondered how over 50 hunting men could gather in the one bar at the one time drinking the bar dry and singing along to old Irish song and not a cross word between any of them.....I said that's cos there too busy finding out about lines to be cross lol...and that's how it went on right into stupid o clock... a lot of rough heads on flights and ferrys today id say...but id bet theyd do it all tomorr

Another fine show yesterday men, great weather, great display of terriers, and some real cracking prizes both for show and for raffle. Enjoyed catching up with everyone again, and meeting some new men from over the water was good to get chatting properly and the meal afterwards was 5 star quality.... well done pat and kevin who after the show tallied up the takings and donated them to the Irish Working Terrier Federation with out the blink of an eye... you couldn't meet 2 more genuine terrier men ....well done Pat and Kevin...
