what about a kelpie , they got bit different mind set to a border collie , i not keen on border collies temp either , if iwant a collie type think give the kelpie x a go . i did have 1 x kelpie x collie x grey years ago , very good worker , but she was a nasty dog, but that was just her, as most of the litter was ok temp wise what i was told, but i go for a straight kellipex grey or kelpie x lurcher , never had beadie x Had a couple of Kelpie x's Ray, but used as nose dogs for pigs, run all day, too smart for there own good sometimes yeh think that prob the same with most he -
i meet few old people like me lol on my dog walks , and these people in there 80s and not bad health for there age.One thing thy got in common is they dont eat much meat, they like bit of fish and the odd bit of chicken, but in main just fish and veg diets . i know there not vegans , ok but it did make me think a bit about my diet , as i do eat fair amount of all kinds of meat, and when i was working years back , the was bloke there didnt eat meat, only fish/ veg just like these old people, and he was big strong fella 6ft 2 in 15 1/2 st played lot of football and played for our c

good 2nd 1/2 last night , we near enough qualified now for world cup, but dont think we go very far in the comp, once we play the better teams .!!

That happened to a friend of mine. Put lots of work into it and was just getting where he wanted him. Slipped it one night. Chased the quarry into woodland and didn't return. Searched woods night and day for weeks but seemed to of vanished. Bad times. bloody hell i hate that, never knowing if it dead or a live, regards best, suppose we always looking to get the best type dog if we can, well striving for , i only go on my dogs last performance be it good or bad, my dog now gives 100% thats all you can ask for , a trier

few people ive met over the years , that got big bags 50s regular , use lurcher x lurcher dogs and dog . if just wanted one for that job,and they had collie/saluki,grey in the mix i be looking there for that type of lamping dog

spot on that , funny thing is i never showed any over the top man hugs etc with my old man, we never really got on in life, prob have to mates ive met through work , hunting etc . like most will tell you on here, the more they do the better they will get , thats day/night, but being honest i think regards strike/timing/agility it either in the dog or not . Both my 2 dogs have great strike on them, and more so in my younger dog , he big dog but picks rabbits easy, just keep taking the dog out thats all you can do .

seen some real good springers over the years, that beating,bushing, and a peg dog, and one of the guns used his dog wild fowling as well, this was fair sized strong male . the gun had labs as well , but i think he liked to use the springer most dont know what lines it was , this was in 80s . i did have a chat few times with the owner , and i always thought spaniels were hard work compared to labs, but this bloke said just lots of patience is the key, like with any breed of dog, but as you say some lines are prob more hard work than others .

Im not. He has f**k all they want and china wouldn't be happy and they have plenty missles that actuallly work. When my brother decided to stay at school, then go on to university, I took the pi55 mercilessly - "You want to get a job, you idle swot !" etc etc.... Now, he lives in a big detached bouse and gets 90 grand a year....... I always told my kids work smarter not harder spot on that, left school, and went in to unskilled work labouring , either lifting /carrying stuff, or digging holes , ok when your young/fit , but soon catches up with you, more so if you hurt your back, then you are fooked deff. i wish i had tried harder at school , and tried to learn a trade etc. at least m
