Well I am sure he will forgive you, so in one breath you say its not about where they come from but who they play for, ok I dont have a problem with that, but then in the next breath you say you thought (and I assume you meant all) the guys in England strips were English? So If I put on a Nigerian football strip, that makes me Nigerian does it? It seems to by your rather confusing logic. If you were born in Nigeria to Nigerian born parents etc., etc then yes it makes you (eligible to be called a) Nigerian. There's nothing confusing about that. You're disputing that anyone can be call

And Pesky, lets not forget that great Scottish hero you are all so proud of, good old William Wallace, was of Norman ancestory, the de-Wallace family hailing from I believe Wales after the Normans came, so your great hero was in fact of Viking decent, and Robert the Bruce always bemoaned the loss of the house of Wessex (West Saxons) who I believe he was descended from It's not about where they came from, but who they chose to fight for. Same with the England players really. Oneredrim - apologies if I screwed up your thread with my incorrect terminology pal. I genuinely thought the guy

My post was intended to be a wee bit tongue in cheek...being Scottish we'll take anyone who can play a bit, even if they couldn't point to Scotland on a map. If a man is born in England, to parents born in England, speaks English, spends his whole life living in England and one day realises his dream of pulling on the three lions to represent England in the world cup..., then he deserves to call himself English in my book, regardless of his skin colour...or where his great grandparents were abducted from. I think only a small and dwindling (truly English???) minority would dispute that.

There is no such thing as a black Englishman, English is an ethnic identity, black British yes, but English NOOO, no trying to ridicule you Pesky, just pointing out a fact mate. They say every day's a school day and I'll happily stand corrected if you can tell me that Sturridge, Sterling, Wellbeck et al (& Rooney & Gerrard as I'd guess both are of Irish descent) are eligible to play for Scotland by virtue of the fact they are British. If not then I'm afraid that makes them English.

Brainless fcukin animal! A lot of the England team are black so if he has such an issue with black Englishmen what was he doing in Brazil in the first place? Hopefully the media'll find out who he is and go to town on him.

Why would you remove members who don't post, or those who maybe only post occasionally ? Genuine question.

Guessing if the dog's two then you've really only had the one full season with her. Doesn't sound from what you've said like she's done too much wrong. I'd be surprised if another season where you put the time in with her doesn't bring about a marked improvement and consistency in the dog. As for me, I've picked the cross, how it's bred, trained it, exercised & conditioned it, introduced it to game...., if I've done my job right I should make at least an average dog out of pretty much most things. Think I'd just stick with it, but maybe my standards aren't as high as some others. D

Really?? So you like looking black men's todgers then.... Wouldn't say 'like', but not easy to avoid seeing as I've got one slung between my legs! Hope that's okay by you two guys ;-)

Looks like a 4 month ban from all competitions. http://.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/28023882

It looks like a black man's tadger (especially if you squint a bit)!!!

Once had a guy nip my nut so I stuffed my finger to the second knuckle right up his sphincter...... Through his shorts, What's your views on that? What you get up to in the privacy of your own home is entirely your own business. Who are we to judge!

Like most other fights in Scotland I suspect there was bevvy involved here

If you've posted "the dog has gone for another dog and a kid, he should be PTS, simple" then I think that's fair, and most people who know anything about dogs would understand... even if not all would totally agree. It might be the kindest thing for all concerned. If what you actually posted was "I'd just shoot it" then I could understand a bit of a backlash Me, I think there are enough homeless staffies without keeping alive dogs with known problems.

Some interesting posts and viewpoints on this but I think some people are missing the point a bit. It's not about the damage that Suarez did to his opponent..but more to do with the damage he done himself and much more importantly his team. If he gets banned they'll really struggle without him and he fcuks up one of only a handful of opportunities he gets as a player to play on the biggest stage in world football. Biting is on a par with spitting... it has no place in football. It didn't, even back in the day when it was 'a mans game'. The guy has served lengthy bans on at least two sepera

Probably not..., but then neither would eye-gouging, fish-hooking or ar$ehole poking...all of which go on in rugby. Different game, different sort of folks play it. Nothing to do with whether Suarez was right or wrong to do what he did!

England are out because none of their players bit anyone...or were up for a bit of biting???? Hodgson should definitely be sacked then. I'd heard they'd been practising penalties...didn't even need them! They should have been spring poling off the crossbars like a team of demented pitbulls. What a fcukin wind up merchant.

Suarez went hard then? He's definitely going home now...and he might not kick a ball again for a while! I agree with you in that some players get pretty psyched up to get the best out of themselves...., and that in the heat of battle it can sometimes 'bubble over'. By 'bubble over' I mean that they might leave a foot in, get involved with a bit of 'afters', or get booked for going too far with the ref. Injecting a bit of malice into a tackle is not the same as biting another player off the ball... and then feigning injury to try and con the ref..., that is utter madness. Uruguay have

He got a 7 match ban for biting when he was at Ajax...., and 10 match ban when he bit Ivanovic whilst playing for Liverpool. I can't see that they've got any alternative than to hand down the heaviest of penalties. What an absolute fud!!!

Cannot believe he did it again

Ferreting With Tomo And Vin - New Video

Great wee film...really enjoyed it. Well done -
Don't forget Gumtree.... no fannying about with auctions etc. Bought myself a Scott Sportster hybrid (basically a MTB with skinny wheels and road tyres) off there a couple of years ago for £250...saving me about £300. There was barely a scratch on it!
-
Sound advice this. I'd buy a good 2nd hand one before I spent money on a cheap new one....e-bay, gumtree etc., there's loads to choose from. If it's all going to be roadwork I'd invest in a pair of slick/road tyres also. Happy hunting.

Fairest way might be to give first refusal to the next highest bidder. JMO

I can't believe the level of overreaction to England going out!!! This is far from the best ever England team but people knew that before the world cup started right??? They weren't actually that bad. They were edged out by Italy and gave two sniffs to arguably the best striker in world football in Suarez.... and paid a very heavy price. Football is all about results and I can understand the fan's disappointment, but I didn't hear many complaints from fans, media or pundits about Hodgson's teams or tactics going into this thing. Everyone now is an expert in who he should have played and ho
