None stop heavy rain here, two days solid. Roads flooded and closed, cars abandoned. Just took a walk to see if the river has burst its banks, not far off now...!

A rabbit can be dressed using the smallest of blades with one single cut used, like Midnight i've witnessed the teeth method of making the first cut, never wanted too nor done it myself! Again, like Midnight, i'd always go for a bigger blade, no different for my preference for an average sized lurcher in the field, because i'd never keep a one trick pony, of any sort...

Just home from work, glass of Old Tom, to both toast Craigy and blow out a tough working week. Was hoping for a local shine but the mist has come down here, no worrys, was out last night and Tuesday. Off to Hinkley tomorrow with the family for the weekend, meeting up with some old mates coming up from daarrn saarff, (Bexley Heath). It's been a while, should be bloody good fun! Hope the mists gone by Sunday...

I have one of those knives here, I got it about 35 years ago as a kid... To be honest a tenner is at the top end of its value as a working knife, they are pretty poor grade, poss Spanish made and deffo not Solingen. Only its age or its novelty (why it was made in the first place) would, to the right person, increase its value.

Midnight, those are the Sheffield factory knives plenty of us 'older folk' are familiar with. I still have a few in the loft, i'll dig 'em out and put the pics up. For me personally, I'd love to see what you could come up with. -
I've had plenty of women in the past thinking they could change me... The dogs are still here, they are gone... the one thing i've always relied on when times have got tough with partners is my dogs, never understood the just had murder/splitting up with the Mrs and the dogs are goin type of bloke, the dogs are the one thing thats kept me sane in those times... As for my Mrs... I have nothing to worry about, she's as keen as me, except for the getting a bit too attached and forever wanting a Labrador bit but then I suppose you can't have it all....

I know personally people who lost people, I also know people who were there and never the same after. What happened on the day was a travesty, very very sad and i'm glad that those who fought hard for justice have got their just rewards... BUT i'd also agree with Wilf here too. This city is choc full of bandwagon jumpers and 'overmourners'...

I'd agree Ray, some birds simply look better with their kit on, no matter how pretty they are, some women never look good in the best of clobber but DAMN look good without any! Is it just me that looked at the pics and though she's a pretty girl, thought I wish I'd never...
