  1. I ain't been to this show for a good few years, before I was on a pc anyway BUT it was the same back then too, possibly THE worst clique show I've ever seen and thats why I've never been back. Same reports come back on here year on year... Now, question is, who are these people, anyone know 'em are they on here to give 'another' version of events? What the feck is it all about?

  4. It could be that dog BG used to run Max, Scouser it was called, a big fecker for sure, never seen it run meself but I belive it could do the job.
  5. Going nowhere and nothing informative. Locked, go play elsewhere..!
  6. In Scarisbrick nr Southport is a resteraunt and pub, Master McGraths, dedicated to the memory of Willy Tough. I met and chatted with him many times but sadly, never went out for a run with him, a cracking bloke.
  7. There are a ton of posts on here regarding which boots are best, do a search, read up, everyone has a different preference, depending on what they are used for and how much they want to pay. I would add that, in my own experience on the subject, you only get what you pay for.
  8. Bitches for me in the future, i'm finished with dogs after these two. Miss my old bitch very much, that old girl moved mountains to please, dogs are too fond of sniffing minge and shite for me, far to easily destracted. Got to agree with BL too, all too few good bitches about, dogs are always the preference. You can have the best dog in the world but if no one wants to use it, your gonna loose it.
  9. Great stuff Bill. I'm lucky enough to have 'em local too, which reminds me, i'll have to take my daughter up to see 'em.
  10. Christian, in our world EVERYTHING can be obtained with a bribe... Thanks again for today mate. Vosey, Degsy, yer a wander down the shelly, or over the 'tip', with the mutts would be good, we'll have to sort it.
  11. SS, i've sorted that Paramo gear, just need sizes, as these days I couldn't hazard a guess, there's less of ya everytime I see ya...!!!!! :icon_eek:
  12. A huge thank you from the club to all who braved the elements today, especially the judges, it really shouldn't have gone on with the rain battering down but when folk have paid their entrance fee 'the show must go on'...! Christian, our terrier judge, done some stirling work with the few terriers there and as he said, Chettys dog was a deserved winner, an outstanding animal that has a formidable reputation at work and can compete with the best of 'em in a ring, anywhere. Though Christian did let himself down quite badly and was seen taking bribes in the ring from a young lady with a bo
  13. Anyone in the northwest fancy a ride out this BH get yourself there..
  14. The sad thing is that the idiot who took the photos was allowed to without his security picking it up..! From the clips on the news that looked like a party I would have loved to be at and christ knows what i'd have got up to!! That lad is alright by me, as GTE said, he's served his time, done well too. He's only following in his great aunts footsteps, his fathers too (an i'm not talking about Charles! )
  15. I've given up on wellys, i'm on FF's boat an got meself a pair of Dunlops, cheap, hardwearing, cold and uncomfortable BUT for excercising the dogs over the fields when wet, they've outlasted all the £100+ jobs i've bought before. I'd also add that they won't be used on any 'work' based jaunts, only there to increase the lifespan of my boots.
  16. I just hope them Muntjac keep headin north and take a sharp left at Wigan...
  17. Whilst i'd agree with Chalks and others on here that there is much variation in collie crosses and also agree with Socks that not all first crosses are bulky BUT some can be, i've owned one, and Socks's black bitch, is to me, just about THE best example of type there is, so I wouldn't expect sommat like that to crop up in every litter.... My two penneth worth is that the art of lamping (is it an art!!?) doesn't require that much brain, with some of the best lamp dogs coming out of crosses never noted for their mental acumen! Ferreting is more skilfull but a lurcher of any type, in the right h
  18. Smallfoot, type in both Pie and Pye, you'll should find sommat then.
  19. Keep us posted Mouse, great pics...
  20. Now thats how to take pics and advertise some tidy puppys.
  21. I drive past Ashworth to work every day, seen all the media outside this morning, thought the orrible cnut must be dead and felt sad. Then I heard on the news that he was still hanging in there and spouting more shite to a gullible media and, although that boils my piss, I was so relieved to hear he's still alive and hating every fecking second of it... Long live, in pain and torment, Ian Brady, even if I am paying for it...
