    Lined Bitch ,

Should be sommat good coming out of them. Best of luck.
  3. Ossie, your gardens very much like mine, including swing and trampoline! And though my dogs have free run of it through the day whilst we are in and I've had a pup on this winter for a minimal amount of mowing it looks great. Good tip if your pup likes chewing plants, like Tomo's roses, put a few blobs of Vicks vapor rub on 'em. This pic was last summer and even with that little fecker doing his best, it looks better this year!
  4. 10 mins!! Fook. You see thoze two little rectangles on first pic... between concrete paths. Well thatl take me ten mins to dig & rake... You make it sound so easy bosun It is easy RH, a damn sight easier than most folk think. So what if it takes a little longer! Start with them two beds, you'll have 'em tidy in no time and move through the rest. Work at your own pace, keep it all simple. You'll be dead proud of it as it grows, honest..
  5. Shillys, shillies, shitties, what the feck are you on about and what a load of old shit.... Cheap, nasty, Ground Force bollocks, stoning ground, that fecking Tommy Walsh, Alan Tithead and co have a lot to answer for.... Stone gets kicked all over the place, leaves and other shite bed in it and eventually weeds grow and hey presto, back to square one but this time it ain't so easy to sort..! It only looks nice when its in a big curve on the driveway of a stately home. On the average drive or garden it looks as it is, cheap and nasty! No need for a rotovator on a patch like that. Turn it ov
  6. And for those who like to pull a fast one, a gift is a give, not a loan..!
  7. This could be good Bo but I bet that music gets right on that dogs tits..!
  8. I can relate to Pip's tale, as loads of Scouse kids of a certain age served a fox apprenticeship on the Wirral back in the day. I did... But my first was a bit closer. I was about 14 and with my mate were heading back after lamping 'over the wall'. We'd cut across a high, disused field on Kirkby industrial estate, motorbike batteries long dead. So two lurchers off leads, my old whippet grey and my mates beddy whippet thing. Suddenly they shot after sommat in the dark, rabbit was the first thought. Then commotion on the connection, I thought cat and we raced up to them. In the bit of ligh
  9. The dog was around two and a half when it was bought.
  10. In my experience the folk that 'loan' out dogs are the ones who blow and bellow of how good their stock is and 'gift' dogs to their armies of young disciples, only to tell 'em it was simply a 'loan' when the dog is flying and they want it back, after the kid has done their work for 'em... By all means, keep and gift dogs between genuine trusted friends but never 'loan' dogs, one way or another...
  11. Alright folks Moggy 2011 asked if I'd see if anyone knows the breeder and or breeding of his 3/4 Greyhound 1/4 Wheaten dog, Flash. The info he has on it is that it was bought in the North East by a mutual mate, he paid about £350 for it. The lad who sold the dog also had a Pointer for sale at the same time. Flash is about 5 years old we believe. If anyone can help, either drop me or Moggy a pm. Thanks.
  12. Mark Purcell - Terriers, don't know the others Boots. cant fault that as a judge Bosun, well know and respected , as it should be imo. hope you and yours are keeping ok up there Bosun , give my regards to Mrs Bosun Aye mate, the club ensures that the show has good judges. Although they slipped up the other year with their lurcher judge....! Cheers mate, regards to you and yours too.
  13. That strong brindle thing is a Wheaten cross off Chris Hickling. Moorside, didn't know you were there mate, it'd been nice to have met up. Great show as ever, better venue than last year too. You boys in the club certainly make it work, hats off to you! Good to speak to old friends, John Park and Gouldy amongst others too.
  14. Very few would leave it so long to make a comeback. She knew the scale, along with the pressure, would be huge and that alone makes me think that she's savvy enough to know she's got to make an impression with this. Few would leave it so long and fewer still would pull it off.....

I would have loved to had a go if I were young,,, as socks said real fit lads that do it Tomo mate, it's one I ain't watched yet. I just stuck that up because lately your banging up loads of telly programmes and I seem to dislike most...
  17. I may be well off the mark but old countrymen like Drabble are from a different time, the media propaganda against terrier work was at full throttle in his final years and for a man of those years, i'd bet the images and stories he was fed made him think that his countryside was being destroyed from within? Making excuses, maybe... But I'd always give an old man grace in his final years, especially one who really contributed... "Look after the young, look after the old and let the other buggers look after themselves", wise words but from who..? Now lets get back to Burt....
  18. Just go to the mirror right now, curl up the corners of your mouth, raise your eyebrows and say these magic words... No Comment..! It really ain't very hard to do but will really really help, so go on, get practicing.... Edited to add, if anyone has tried and is finding it hard to do, go and get yourself a Pug, Chow Chow or just sommat really slow and exotic, walk it where you want, you should be deffo ok then...
  19. If anyone doesn't think the media sensationalise reports to sell fear to the public, watch or listen today and I betcha all of 'em call him or mention 'skull cracker'..!
  20. Spot on BL. No excuses, PTS, end of..
