    All my life, with the eclectic musical taste I have and especially how much it means to me, I really should dislike James Blunt, like I dislike so many others but for some strange reason, though i'd never buy a record or go out of my way to listen, I actually think he's, sort of, ok....

    My first 'reaction' is that the dope that's trying to sell it really did take a crappy picture, the little 'un is very uncomfortable where it is and so looking petrified. Put in a different place/position it could look the best choice of pup ever! Now, by the way you worded your post you seem to be looking for negative views from people, you don't want opinions you want 'reactions' to that puppies 'supposed' state.... Well, there is probably feck all wrong with it bar a bad picture so, if you want the fecking pup, buy it, if not leave it.... Simples

    Yer, I do remember but even Chippers views were scarce, nothing very definitive.... O'l Jeff would claim they run the spectrum and they've certainly been around long enough (!) but pre-ban, fox, deer, hare, lamped for numbers etc..???

    Apart from the topic starter, who ain't saying much, does anyone on here own and work a Jeff Burrell dog (of any type) and whats it up to, as I'm genuinely interested?? What ever marketing strategies Mr Burrell uses aside, does anyone have one that can measure up to of any of his claims. He must, at least, have a litter or two a year, so who's buying? On here, his dogs come up a fair bit, other breeders get a mention, good or bad, and people with, or have owned, their dogs will comment but 'ol Jeffrey's mutts never really seem to....?

    Just simply joint two or three rabbits, gather good veg and stock and make the best 'rabbit stew' you can do. Bastardise any cooking recipe for that... Though always add pearl barley, it's a must! Now, you got two choices after, pastry crust or suet dumplings.... Me, dumplings every time! Easier than a crust, they both thicken the gravy and make a much more hearty, substantial meal. Sometimes, tradition really wins out.

    You, with your first line, just confirmed what I was already thinking Neems. Your posts are my posts, if I could have posted 20 years ago! They smack of the dog lover (and I'm sure we all are) with a respect for bull breeds and owners that you think will become responsible with time... Why punish the dog for the actions of the owners.... The truth of the matter is that the bull breeds that you know are, on the streets, a million miles from the dogs you'll read about in books on breeds.     Personally, I wouldn't give two fecks about whats behind closed doors, it can stay there BUT as soon as it's seen on the streets, which sooner or later it will be, as they are status symbols and need to be shown, it's checked and if found lacking, its gone.. Easy..!

    Plenty of places in the Lakes are dog friendly but the problem with the Lakes is it's always overcrowded and overpriced....! Scotland's west coast or North Wales would be better IMO.
