    John Bromiley the Greyhound Coursing trainer had a dog in kennels called Peasedown Erin ,it pulled down every time it ran,often on the run up. It had a wonderful gob and was an ex tracker that had been barred for turning it's head, we tried to get a lining off it on to a lurcher bitch, the fee was very reasonable but the dog wouldn't go for it, we ended up using Straw Silks. I remember John talking about that dog Inan, if I remember right though it did line a few bitches...

    I don't have time for hobbies and by hobbies I see them as things like model making and such like. I don't see hunting as a hobby either, I've been at it so long it's more a way of life(!), I'm sure like many others, wherever I may be, one eye and half a brain is always cocked toward it...!! I do enjoy gardening though but again, is that a hobby because owning one means it 'needs' to be done and a unkempt garden is fecking trampy in my book!!

    his stamina better than my colliexs, regards the brains side of it, i find the colliexs are like thinking type dogs meaning thinking about the runs it does or the quarry it going to chase or tackle, where as he just go in does it regardless quarry or runs, if that makes sense.? To me a gsdx grey got a different mind set to a colliex grey , his 2sisters are the same and another brother the same very full on type dogs he sounds a very usefull dog and nimble for his size and weight alwhy do lso, at 28tts and 87lb he sounds a simular range to the more popular malamute x how would you compare the

    Do you mean dog insurance Giro? If so I have that these days and I also will have indirect insurance being affiliated through one or two governing bodies but I don't think anyone would insure me for my nocturnal wanderings, nor would I want them too, I do like to revel in my disrespectability...!

    Nah, that 'thing' wouldn't be for me, your average mongrel cur would do that, showing a dog killing something in that way proves nothing IMO. Damn shame a kid was sold a 'pig in a poke'!     I really don't understand the issues here, can't see any problems wanting a bitch, many people prefer bitches in their kennel, as others prefer dogs. No issues with anyone wanting to breed from it in the future either, a long term plan is usually good news, if someone has primarily work in mind, then crack on. If more people realised the value of a good working bitch then the terrier world would have far less shite in it..! Take Astanleys advice and get on the Bedlington forum.

    Vauxhall Chevete Estate. 1983, it cost £60 Passed my test on the Friday, bought the car on the Saturday and drove to Shropshire and dug two foxes on the Sunday... Happy days!
