  1. Only heard good things about that dog...
  2. Just reading back from last night, McH was left arguing with himself lol Poor though really, he's just on here to wind everyone up on about anything thats not Saluki bred and contributs almost nothing. Just spoils almost every topic posted. Shame really....
  3. Perspex, built out of the sheets left from covid screens in a gym
  4. Yep, source the cheapest and use it all summer. Really makes the difference
  5. The sniper photos that I have seen, shows him on one of the Three Grace's, The Port of Liverpool building, looking down the Strand toward the Liver Building. From that point there was no way he could of fired on Water Street. From the footage I've seen, he would never of taken a shot anyway. Though I'd doubt he would be the only sniper deployed that day. At all major events with massive crowds, police use snipers these days.
  6. Seen these again at Aintree the other week... Fantastic band that need more recognition
  7. Just get your dog out and give it a go, it's great fun, for both the dog and you, and you will own a better dog for it. Though be mindful, once you start, you will be doing your dog a huge injustice if you stop. Hunting/ratting is what they were bred for, and it's forever... Happy hunting
  8. Just a bit of salt water if they are obvious, but generally they heal well enough if left alone. In 50 years of ratting I've never seen a terrier in a bad way from a rat bite.
  9. Real smart pruning knife that. I carry one myself, though not as smart as that. I like the blade shape, kept sharp, they are great all-rounders.
  10. Kenneling two of TimmyK's mutts at the min, and missing terriers like mad....
  11. First was a Mini Cooper, I was 15, and paid twenty five quid for it. Just used at nights mostly. Used to park it a few streets away, on an empty house drive, so my parents didn't know. Had it for about 6 months. Beer mat tax disk. First propper car was a Vauxhall Chevette estate, in 1984, paid sixty quid for it. Passed my test on the Wednesday, bought the car on the Saturday, loaded up with lads and dogs, and went digging badgers in Shropshire on the Sunday. Halcyon days... As Tomo said, tax and insurance were optional. I must have taxed it at some point but not right away, and I rem
  12. Just watched this on the news. Those none pointed knives shown would still stab someone used with force. They may not look as obvious as a pointed one, but they'll do the job...
  13. Yes mate, Hardy plays his part well. He's right up there with the best imo. Looks the part and can act it out
  14. Well played that kid. A lifetime if pitting your wits against these pests awaits...
  15. Looking forward to watching this one. My type of film...
  16. Lovely pup Tony, get some more up, lets see how their doing Edited to add, lovely pup, awful drink...
  17. Agreed, though I planted loads from seed I only got 4 plants. Two inside, two outside. Though I do believe the peat free compost I used played it's part. Tougher varieties like the Roma & Rio Grande were fine, and I had a glut of seedlings.
