  1. I ain't got one of them there fancy phones that takes pictures an' stuff. I just left it on top the feeder for the buzzard to eat.
  2. If a woman says some thing, and there's no one there to hear it, is she still right????
  3. Shot a squirrel off of the feeder I have in the field. Thought it looked a bit funny through the scope. When I went and checked it out it had no ears, just very slightly raised bold skin where they should have been. Edit; It was female, no that that should make any difference.
  4. When it starts you're like ''WTF????''. Then when it gets going you're, like, WHOOOOOOA!!!!!!!''
  5. I found 3 queens in a box in the garage this afternoon. Covered them back up with some dried leaves. Queen wasps are a good pollinator when they first wake up, plus, if it ain't doing me no harm then I let it be.
  6. Better to be be pissed off than pissed on as my old Nan used to say. Grandad would reply.....''Depends on who's doing the pissing!!''.......ahhh, good times ?
  7. If you like that sort of thing,....but not for me.
  8. Just watched the video of him shooting all those people. I thought, what did he actually achieve?. He didn't achieve anything , apart from creating more hate and a hell of a lot of heart ache.
  9. Never heard of them but ust watched some vids on Youtube, not my cup of Tea but seems to be O.K.
  10. This is why I like to use trail cameras. You can see what is, and isn't, going on.
  11. Get a scope with a parallax, especially a side parallax with the wheel, and you can use it to judge distance.https://www.anstonftc.co.uk/hft-range-finding-with-scope-parallax/ http://fieldtarget.nl/files/handleiding-rangefinding.pdf
  12. Never used it me self either. I use Fenns, and see saw traps are good too.
  13. Just checked my Emails and I have a one from KillGerm. Seems like it was them that got it back on sale but, like you say, only for indoor use. Killgerm are proud to welcome back Grey Squirrel Bait, after working hard with the HSE to get it successfully re-registered. Grey Squirrel Bait is available to order now! £28.95 1 × 10kg
  14. For a confident clean kill, on squirrels, rats and magpies, for me, maximum 15yards. But they are really quiet, no need for ear protection quiet. I even shoot it out of the bathroom window, I live in a Bungalow, and it's quiet. If it wasn't my Mrs would go ape 5hit.
  15. Always bought these. Had 2 of them but I ran over one in the pick up so that's FUBAR. The other has been going with no problems for about 6 years. Not the cheapest but they seem to be problem free..https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Little-Acorn-Ltl-5210A-940NM-Hunting-Camera-Scouting-Trail-IR-Camera-Forest-Find/312223387305?hash=item48b1f6cea9:g:PAwAAOSwHTlb0nfz:rk:1:pf:1&frcectupt=true
  16. I use .22 AA Field Diabolo . Had my AA S410 for 10 years and never cleaned the barrel once. Don't clean my CZ 452 .22LR either. Both only have lead going through them and they shoot better with a build up of lead in the barrel. I do clean my CZ 452 17HMR as that shoots copper and that fouls the barrel. I use Napier pellet oil on the pellets. I spray the inside of my gun cabinet with Napier aerosol spray and use the Napier patches in the cabinet as all the Napier stuff has VP90 in it which disperses water. Wipe the whole gun down, stock, metal work, scope (try not to get it on the glass as it
  17. I meant add the bubble gum flavour to the wax, not the poison.
  18. I'm a Vegan and have been for some years now. I still eat fish though,.....and chicken,......and steak,......fcuk yeah!, I love steak!!.
  19. Not as nice as Badger, but better than Green Woodpecker.
  20. I had some Bromadiolone pasta bag bait and that smelt of bubble gum. The smell was so nice I even wanted to try it?. Perhaps try adding that to some wax. Google 'Bubble Gum Flavouring', you can get it in little bottles.
  21. Is this some oil you made? or just a stock photo?
  22. Starts again at 10 O'Clock on 4+1, channel 13 in about 30 mins.
  23. Put some wooden pallets out. It don't matter what food you have, if they don't feel safe they won't sit and feed. I put pallets down and the rats, once they are comfortable with them, will sit and eat from under there. They'll feel it's safe from owls especially if you're shooting at night. Rats are Neophobic, they are suspicious of anything new, so give it a while with what ever you try. I've known rats that won't take a new food source even 6 weeks after it has been placed out , I've put down a trail cam and seen them with their nose 20mm from the food but they won't touch it. Also they have
