My AA S410 has no safety at all. If I see something I just load it and shoot. If I've loaded it, and for some reason I don't take the shot, i put the back of my trigger finger behind the trigger until I need to fire. Had the thing 9 years now and it's never been a problem.

I thought the bloke might be talking bollocks but just had a look on youtube at the AGRILASER, might be true after all :-)

The brother-in-law has one of these and the one I bought from China turned up the other day and, apart from mine being camo, they are identical in every way . This thing is the bollocks!. Lost count of the number of times I've been out with the air rifle or .22lr and been way off with the range. No more will I think a small rabbit is a large rabbit far away, not now I've got this. One thing we did notice is that the cable that comes out of each unit is thin. In time the copper wires inside this cable are going to be prone to breaking within the sleeve leading to connection issues. To get over

Tried them this afternoon. Only fired 3 and they were well heavy. My rifles 19ftlbs and they were shooting 1/2'' low at 20 yards. 2 went to the left and 1 to the right of the cross hairs. These things have ribs running nose to tail so they seal without too much contact with the barrel to avoid drag (see the posted video at the top) When I pushed the bolt to load I had to give it a hell of a push to get the pellet out the magazine and in the barrel. Because it's so tight there must be extra pressure build up behind the pellet before it actually starts to move. They are suppose to be for 32ftlbs

Holt Shit......that sucked ass BIG time!. I got an AA S410 but if I was on the look out for a new PCP I would buy a Daystate after watchin' that, just so people wouldn't think I was a penis! I think the whole vehicle covered in real tree cammo is OTT as well. Next thing people will be goin' swimming in hydro graphic baths before the go out for a shoot.

I like it,...I wouldn't want to own it, but I like it. If people didn't try these things it would be a dull world.

Now this is what Fathers should be doing with their children. He's going to remember these times for the rest of his life. :-)

Was at a farm near Glastonbury a couple of weeks ago and I have never seen so many Starlings in all my life. There were literally thousands of them in and around the barns. They were shitting on everything and in the calf feeders with not a care in the world. Farmer said there's no point it doing anything as there are so many of them. Any way, today I was talking to a bloke and he says ''Use a green laser''. Green laser?, ''Yeah. Starlings f****n' hate 'um. Farmer I know had the same problem and he got a green laser and pointed it at one of them glitter balls and they won't go near the place''

Go back there with the rifle and tell them it's brand new and it's broke. How long is it going to take?, here's my phone number give me a call when it's fixed. Squeaky wheel gets the oil. Being busy at Xmas is no excuse for not replying to a customers complaint, especially as you've Emailed them twice. I bet if they had an Email from one of their suppliers saying there was going to be a problem with one of their deliveries they would reply to that pretty sharpish!.

Yeah, they are only for F.A.C. The .22 is 30gr, When you have one in yer hand it's a gert lump of lead. Thing's about 2/3rds the size of a Nurofen.

I got given some H & N Piledriver pellets today. They're in .22 weigh 30gr and feel like a big old lump. I just had a look at some vids on Youtube about them. One of the videos shows there's loads of swarf in the tin and a lot of the pellets were damaged. When I looked at the ones I had been given there was a small amount of loose swarf in the tin but all the pellets looked fine, couldn't find one that I would call badly damaged. Going to try them next week end if I get the time. Any one here used them?.

Looks exactly the same as one I bought for £30 a couple of years ago. If it is it'll be a load of crap. I bought it to see targets at 100yrds but it was only any good to about 40 yrds. Even then it was fiddly to use. Take a look through one before you buy if you can.

All my gun bags have Napier patches in them and I have 4 Napier patches in the cabinet. The only maintenance my guns get is a wipe down with Napier gun cleaner and lubricant spray that's got VP90 in it like the patches. This disperses water. Never had a problem.

If there's fishing bait in this shed the likely hood is the rats will come back. Better to have proper bait boxes placed out to kill what's there and as a preventative measure for the future.

Buy straight from Alibaba. Might take a while to get to you but it you can buy 1 unit for $74, that's £55.20. https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/35-0005-Tactical-Bullet-Velocity-Measuring_60280043716.html?spm=a2700.7724838.2017115.82.76a1ae932BtllS -
I use one of the old style Mamba Lites on my 22lr. I like the very low turrets and the glass works well with my N/V. Never had a problem with the reticle, I know which bits to put on a rabbits head at a certain distance, the rest I don't really take any notice of. Thinking of getting another one for my AA S410. Got a Hawke on it at the moment that's got the SR 12 reticle, think it's an old Air Max. Really like it....BUT,... the parallax is on the front of the scope and I find it a pain in the ass when I want to change it. Parallax next to the turrets is sooo much easier.

Does your work place insure you to use poisons?. Have you been trained to use poisons?. If it goes tits up this is what'll be asked. If you answer 'no' then you haven't shown due diligence and you'll be libel. If this bloke wants poison put down so badly tell him to do it as he's had the same amount of training as you have.

I hate bed bugs. My Mrs won't let me treat them or fleas in case I 'bring them home'. Check this vid out. They must have been being eaten alive.

I've been clearing 250 acres of beet that's just now been harvested. When it was first planted, and just sprouting, was the only time you could hit the rabbits really hard. I zero the HMR at40 yards and it peaks at 1/2'' high at 76yards then drops back to zero at 108yards, then 1/2'' low at 120 yards, so from 40 to 120 yards there is only 1/2'' difference off the cross hair. I have a Starlight Archer Gen3 N/V with a Night Master 800ir illuminator on my CZ452 HMR. This is where the HMR gets one over the .22 as judging range with N/V isn't such a pain as bullet placement isn't so important. I've

Problem with wellys is as you walk they act like bellows and blow the hot air out and suck cold air in. Even if you got good socks yer feet still get cold. My Mrs bought me a pair of water proof leather boots from Country Wide Stores, they were closing down in Bridgwater. Didn't think much of them at first but they haven't let any water in yet, are extremely comfortable and the have a tie around the top. If I do it up nice and tight it keeps the heat in and me feet stay nice an' toasty........good times :-)
-
Some times it's just purely pest control and you have to kill as many as possible as quickly and humanly as possible. HMR is perfect for this, just hit them any where chest up and they're killed.

Use paste bags, or wax blocks, and put it on the bar that comes with a proper bait box, those big plastic ones. If it's pushed on to the bar they'll have to eat it there, not only will you be able to see how much is being eaten but it'll stop rats from taking it away and hiding it for later. put out more than one box, have them inside and out. Don't put food on bird tables or scraps out for birds, if you can get your neighbours to do the same all the better. This will reduce their food source and that'll make the uptake of the poison more successful. Rats are cautious of any thing new, neopho

I use the .22 at night with the N/Vision when I'm near houses so it don't upset people. If I use the HMR at night judging distance isn't such a pain with N/V. You can shoot farther with the HMR . Rounds for the .22 are £5ish, haven't bought any .17 rounds for ages but they were in the £17ish. My Granny can fart louder than my 22LR with a Mod fitted but I have to put ear plugs in for the HMR as it sets off my tinnitus. EDIT The MOD'S fitted to the gun,.....not Granny :-)
