When I first started training,,I did dead lifts all the time,,,I only weighed 12 and half stone,,,going up to 13 over about a year,,,by that time I was dead lifting over 400 lbs,,,,4 1/4 plates either side of the Olympic bar,,,,,I'm so used to pounds,,,just worked it out 190 kilo.... But then over the years and moving to difrent gyms I stoped doing them,,,then about 3 year ago,,,I had another go for a few months,,,,f**k I forgot how tuff they were to do properly,,,and I was million miles away from anything heavy,,,3 plates a side,,,what's that...only 140 kilo.... It's also belived that sailors used to drop pigs and goats on Islands for shipwrecked sailors,,,,and I think the polanesians would introduce them as well as they paddled round the pacific.... There's also a story ,,that if you chuck a pig overboard ,,,,it will swim in the direction of land even if it can't see it,,,,,sounds like an old wives tail to me ,,,, None of this anything to do with them pigs on the show mind,,,just a bit of useless info I read,,lol
