Lab there was a program on telly about how they done it,,,,they used the same drill and concrete block,,,,same dimensions everything ,,,,only took 4 hours,,,,

Like anything it depends on how long your out,,,,how much you have it on,,,and the size of bulb,,,I have a striker,,it did have a 100 w bulb in,,,,I could and did flatten both my 10 and 14 amp lithium bats out In one night,,, But up in them hills ,,,whith lots of rabbits,,,the lamp is on a lot ,,,,down here on flat winter seed,,,it's just a quik sweep with the lamp,,,then pic your target....the lamp is off far more

We transferred a honey bee colony a few year back,,,it was in the trunk of an apple tree ,,that was being removed.... We used cling film to seal the bees in,,,quickly took the tree down,,tout kept the trunk about 6 foot long,,,,we then put it in a pick up,,,and on to my bosses back garden,,,hole dug ,,,and trunk back upright,,,,then unwrapped the cling film

8 or 9 years back ,,,working the door at a 5 star hotel in notts,,,i had to get inbetween Steve Collins the former middleweight champion,,,,he wanted to have a go at one of them wwe wrestlers,,,big black fella who's name I didn't know,,,,Collins was surrounded in seconds by all the others ,,big show,,john cena ,,hhh,,the edge,,,, That was squeaky bum moment for about a Minuit ,,lol -

Yeh I've used some of them befor,,,,did a fair bit last year without toll roads,,found a good route down the middle,,,going from Calais to Rouen ,,I think then down to clearmont ferrand ,,spelling,,,, that was a cheap route,,,but we still piad the toll over milou bridge,,,think that's 10 euro,,,, If you have time ,,it's deffo worth just taking your time,,and getting off the big roads and motorways ,,,it's a terrific country,,, Stoped in the centre of Perpignan,,,next to the castle,,beautiful place,,,and that castle in avignon is incredible,,

Your right it is ,,,these last few years spent a good few weeks driving round,,,especially the South,,,some stunning mountains ,,,rivers ect,,,as you say the roads are quiet,,,although the toll roads can cost you if you use them,,,to get from Calais ,,to somwhere like barcalona just over the border will cost around £100 euro,,,using toll roads

Or maybe try the smith machine for pressing,,,, and instead of lowering the bar down to your nipple area as in a normal press,,, you can try lowering the bar to your clavicle/ neck area,,, this forces your arms out at right angles,,, and gets a deep stretch.... But be careful,,, take some weight off,,,

Lol at born,,,,i knew when he was here be was going to be hard work,,,, as mush has said many times,,, he was just a cunnt ,,,lets hope he turns in to a good worker,,, be a fecker if he's a jacker ,,,lol I always said from pup,,, he was going to need work,,,,i also think he needs work,,ie hare deer ect ,,I recon if you can get him chasing stuff 2-3 times a week,,, he might calm down..
