Funny you mention squatting every day,,I've always been each body part once maybe twice a week ,,,that's what I was taught,,,,but I watched a thing on telly a good while back,,,watching Olympic lifters training,,,feck me it seemed they did nowt but squat,,,sometimes two sessions a day,,,and some of them boys had huge legs

Who remembers the original ultimate orange,,,, that stuff really was like speed,,, Can't say as I do like them pre training drinks,,,i don't like getting all hipper any more,,i get jittery with espresso coffe,,,and drinks like red bull,,,, so I don't drink them anymore

I train first thing in the morning ,quite regular,,,usualy sat ,,sun,,mon,,,straight off 12 hour nights,, only cos the gym is near my work, ,and yeh it can be tuff,,

Are they under the chin neck area,,,? I've had a few there over the years,,,forget lancing and cleaning them ,,get some antibiotics,,,I use amoxicillin ,,, Put the ferret in a cage on it's own,,,now crush the tablet up,,,or if in a capsule,,put this in a drinking bottle,,,put some warm water in from the kettle,,,but not boiling,,,the warm water helps disolve the tablet,,,once dissolved top the drinker up to the top,,,this bottle wil last the ferret about a week... Now the feed,,,when doing this it's easier to use some soft food like cat food,,,now break a tablet in to quarters ,,cr

Calm down vin,,lol Each to his own ,,they look well made and handy ,,,, Personly I prefer the bag,,,as I hate things banging round my hips and knees,,,,,,my bag has a short strap as does my ferret box,,,so there carried high on my back,,,, Same with rabbits,,high on the shoulders,,,just make carrying weight easier.. As the years roll on I'm ditching more and more equiptemnt ,,,I realy only use a single carry box,,that can get a brace of ferts in,,,in my pocket a game carrier and a stanly knife,,,somtimes a pie,,,lol,,then the spade in hand and dog to catch ,,,simples

What is interesting about snp ,,,is that they have had such a landslide victory ,,yet narrowly lost on the referendum thing,,you would think with this landslide and vote of confidence in the party in Scotland they would have wone the referendum ..... Is it a vote for sturgeon ,,,,over salmond ,,,,,and would snp wone the referendum under sturgeon ,,,,, What's you scots lads think?
