Why shouldn't you be ashamed? If you can work and don't, I would for one consider it a f*****g disgrace. No-one owes you anything, you have to earn it and a big problem is when people think they DESERVE to be able to sit around and let others pay their bills because they have paid a bit in tax. I know you mean genuine people, I didn't misread it, but if the OP is a genuine case then so am I, I couldn't be a tiler or plasterer either, so guess what? I work in an office, I f*****g hate it but I am not a scrounger. Also, if my leg got injured tomorrow I wouldn't suddenly decide sitting in an offi

You can usually get some from a game fair which are as good as I have ever seen, you can phone ahead and get them custom made if you need to and pick them up at the stand. I think I used to pay 3£.50-£4 a net though so not cheap if you want 60.

A twitching rabbit scared the shit out of me when I was younger, out lamping on my own and picked it up only for it start kicking 5 mins later. It was in my back pocket (those big pockets in jackets)...never expected it. I have also had it a fair few times when I have shot a bunny clean through the head and it has run across a field in a straight line. Had one smash straight in to a tree, a post and fence after me questioning if I had missed (although the crack sound confirmed it was a head shot). But I expected this I had seen it on a video, so i always check bushes etc if a bunny runs ju

you could put down a deposit on a family house with a low mortgage and rent it out? It could put a few hundred quid in your pocket every month, pay a bit to a letting agent and you have f**k all work to do. There are risks, but it should be fairly secure...that's what I would do if I already had a house anyway.

I do love magpies, but there is no question that they need controlling and I think trapping is probably the best way. I thought this was a bit weird but this cleared it up: "because he had previously been found guilty of using a spring trap to stop raptors from feeding on his pheasants." No need to harm any raptor imo...

I was hoping someone could help. I just bought a Daiwa carbon mate G241- pole and was wondering if they are considered to be any good? Also, it is in great condition except the end section has been repaired and I was going to get it replaced, any ideas on how much it might cost? Or if I am keeping it I will just leave it how it is, seems to be a good job done. I am thinking of selling it before/after getting it repaired, so also open to offers if anyone would be interested. Or an idea on price would be good so I know what to ask for. Thanks edit to add, it is 8m total length, 148cm

Simple then, start doing some harder graft at work . I am the worst at exercise, I think your body reflects what you enjoy doing ie if you like rugby then you should make the effort. But I don't, so just wack an audio book or some decent music and walk dogs for a few hours a day. I used to go places where I can climb over rocks, run around hills etc and although I am as weak as a kitten I never put on weight despite a fry up and takeaway most days...

What would happen if you could prove they were releasing urban foxes? Would there be any punishment or..anything at all? Because it is so common I thought they didn't worry about hiding it, where I grew up there would be a new fox released before being shot and replaced seemingly every month. The poor buggers just didn't have a chance, my pointer nearly got one on the bloody lead!

I used totaljobs, reed etc. They are all pretty much the same, I would advise setting up the automatic alerts though it is really helpful. So you just use the keyword ie 'driver' and your area and you get emailed when new jobs go up, so it saves you having to trawl through them all Local papers are probably better though, less competition. Good luck

Of course it isn't real, it is a joke site. Amazing anyone can miss the humour implied in..all of it. "but knowing how some people view animals, I did begin to wonder!" Don't know why it is wrong to love dogs though, some weird comments on here sometimes.

did it come with a free tear-stained inflatible mattress?

I agree with your point, but I don't see how that is in anyway unique to gypsies, just open your eyes and look at our own culture/society. Using dogs as an example, there are so many on here who grade their dogs ability against others. They all want to prove they have the best, or better and can't just be happy with what they have. Everyone wants to wear branded clothes, be part of a group of some kind and make more money for their egos and status. The only thing I really have against gypsies is when they expect special treatment, that they can park up wherever they want and leave it howev

I am pretty ignorant about these trials, what happens when the tested areas have less TB? They can't just wipe out badgers across the whole UK can they? Or would it just be a reduction in numbers everywhere?

put 2 posts up then my comp froze and they went anyway it was along the lines of mb being an anti .. I don't think he is an anti, he is just saying that when people go out and kill badgers then it creates a lot of bad press for hunting in general because the fact is the public have a very bias opinion towards badgers. The last thing anyone wants is to give antis ways of swaying public opinion until eventually you will be jailed if your dog scowls at a bunny. Personally I don't think hunting a few badgers is wrong, but baiting is not hunting and I find it f*****g disgusting. A badge

find yourself an auction buy up the joblot boxes -- car boot em on a sunday .. i car boot all my shit on carboots every 6 weeks good earner .. There is an auction not too far from me, sell a lot of reclaimed and police stuff I am keen to have a look at. Boot sales for definite, but also pretty interested in buying the storage units companies get stuck with, when people stop paying or die or whatever. Bit of a gamble but I suppose it depends on if you can get it cheap or they are auctioned off. do storage units auction off units ? i cant find any that do not heard of any over here its

As if dairy farmers don't have a hard enough time in the UK anyway...I love wildlife and I enjoy seeing native species flourishing, I think badgers are a great animal and wouldn't want them culled for no reason but it is a rational argument for them to be controlled and a myth they are 'rare' (as anyone who goes outside will knows, antis show their ignorance too easily). I also love hedgehogs, which seem to disappear in high badger populated areas. But I don't think these people just love badgers more than me, they are the same people who chain themselves to fences to protest almost anything.

Can anyone who thinks all drugs should be banned answer my previous questions. Which is, if anything not good for you is wrong and should be illegal, should we also make fast food illegal? Should all the chocolate, ice cream and burgers be swapped for fruit and veg by FORCE? edit to add, or should people have freedom to choose and make their own decisions about what they put in their bodies? People should note my avatar, it is astonishing how many people advocate a big brother state, disctating exactly how you can live your life or choose to end it too.

Weed can be a gateway to harder drugs, I agree with some of your points like people should be allowed to have a 'J' in their own house. I think certain people ruin it for others dont know about the area you live in but round my way the local spar stinks of weed every night from the local chavs, should people have to put up with that? Before you get defensive i smoke the odd spliff but I do it in the comfort of my own home. There are definitely nobs, but I think it is wrong to smoke ciggies around kids or non-smokers too (I smoke myself). But I don't think there is any harm in something

You can tell which people are brainwashed by the government propaganda very easily, anyone who says 'drugs' but never acknowledges the different types. You can use any statistic and prove alcohol is infinitely more damaging in every way than weed, but the brainwashed masses sit on their bar stools looking down on those enjoying a spliff and a quiet evening. How anyone can venture into a town centre having to dodge round sick on the pavement and honestly say weed is worse needs a slap and an education. The 'war on drugs' or whatever you call it, has failed. It will always fail. The daftest

Cancer patients being made to prove they are too sick to work
Ratreeper replied to Dunkanon's topic in General Talk
No i am surely not saying that anyone with "X" disease should be exempt from working wether they are fit to work or not, I am saying that someone who is diagnosed with cancer and in chemo therapy shouldnt have to go along to one of the governments little doctors whos brief it is sign people fit for work wherever possible and therfore reduce payouts. These sick people have to prove the fact that they are not well enough to work, Is it not enough that there will be medical reports from there own specialists and GPs etc that they have to prove it further. Surely anyone recieving chemo therap -
I have a mate who was a bouncer, he said they started out taking drugs off people and handing it in to the police (it was his own company and wanted it to be legit). But they always got questioned about why they had a sack full of drugs and they were the opposite of appreciative because they brought more in a night than most coppers would in a month. Can't remember how the story ended though
