  1. No need to get offensive about it...I am just saying I don't know what the f**k people are talking about most of the time. I don't get why people banter on here when they all know each other, it must be love
  2. I heard his mrs is lovely though!
  3. But there is nothing more important to worry about, my life is f*****g perfect...Also, I am bored of not understanding wtf people are talking about.
  4. How come every thread is full of the same few characters? I am not having a go at anyone, but reading through most threads they always seem to go off-thread to a private joke that I just don't get. Why does every single question or topic have to be referenced to one of about 5 names that come up again, again and again? So either, please everyone be my friend and make me feel important. Or possibly just pm each other and save public stuff for things everyone might actually understand? I am so bored of it now I can't be bothered to read most stuff since I can guess what it is about...
  5. I lived on a boat for 5-6 months with no electricity or heating so I could keep my dog, whilst looking and saving for somewhere to rent that would allow him. Then he got ill and I sold my car (type-r, loved it) and it got to the point where I could either pay vet bills or house bills, I chose vet bills and now have the credit score of a barn owl. He died in the end and I am still paying off the debt today, but I would do it again
  6. Can you empty your pm inbox, I tried to message you. Do you own the dogs that bullykutta has posted or are you using two usernames?
  7. why have you posted the same thing in all the other topics?
  8. Personally, I love them but this subject has been covered in the past (by myself included) so be prepared for a lot of daft comments. On this forum, if the breed isn't suitable for hunting in the UK it is classed as 'a waste of kennel space'. But as a pet and a good deterrent to burglars, I would love to own one as I love a giant breed but many have the health issues you mentioned. I have never seen one in the flesh though, what do you intend to do with yours? Also do you have any more photos of the white dog, some side on ones? It might be the angle but it looks like it has a dropped bac
  9. Great police work, do they not ever think to prepare for a dog being there? Must have been a great dog if five men couldn't get it in a van without shooting it Shame it is always the dog that gets the blame and takes the punishment for wanker owners
  10. That's a daft comment, it isn't JUST for that, if all you care about is humans you still need to preserve other species for our own survival. I have a big issue with these shithole countries full of moral-less scum f*****g everything up. They are too stupid to be allowed to exist imo, I would rather every logger is lined up and shot than let them wipe out the rainforests, it would save more humans & animals in the long run.
  11. I have a full-time job, my mrs works on the weekend so I have bugger all else to do on a Sunday morning. I see it more as a good excuse for a walk if nothing else, since I can't have a dog due to my hours. But it is a fair point, but I bought the rod because I have a mate who loves Daiwa and I can drop it off next time I pop over. But when i start doing auctions etc and spend a few hundred instead of the odd tenner, that is sound advice which I will factor in to any decisions (edit to add, walking around a field is definitely more enjoyable than Mcdonalds!)
  12. Well that's my problem sorted then, just need to sell all my spare houses and land... You must be part of the generation when you could buy a house for £30k and sell it for £130k a few years later, people just don't realise how lucky they are. I need to save 20k or so to get a mortgage, so if I could somehow save £100 a month then maybe in 20 years I could own a house, at todays prices...by then I will probably need 40k. Bit of a lost cause. i was in work that paid well when i left school and started work i kept on my evening work my saturday job and my sunday paper rounds -- paid my fi
  13. I don't have any love for the BBC, they waste money all over the shop and do seem to be run by muppets. But in comparison to how much a series like Top Gear or whatever costs, that get a lot of viewers, buying the rights to show sport is very very expensive. If it was the only place to watch it then fair enough, but I would rather see the money making something original, creating jobs and giving some lucky breaks to people in the process. But as a note, they could easily afford both if they didn't waste money on all the 'PC' healthy & safety, parties and other shit!

  16. 24, not a bad job but I have a 3 hour commute that consumes a fair wack of my salary in petrol. But...you are all old b*****ds so I have loads of time to get the self-employed 3-day a week job for 40k a year that I dream of. Got a great GF who stops me f*****g everything up, because I am a liability living alone...But no f*****g dogs, when I can move house and get dogs then i will be content and won't ever complain about my job again.
  17. Just watch it on channel 4? Some people do have different opinions about this, I for one don't think spending millions and millions on sport is better than creating some original content like Top Gear, Psychoville or whatever when you can watch sport elsewhere. Just go to the bookies or the pub, or someone with Sky it will be the same race!

  19. Who cares, surely this is good news? It means there are less wankers on here than I thought, just the same ones over and over
  20. I find this a trickier subject than some do apparently. I think all genetic abnormalities should be culled, but at the same time too many dogs are culled because they have bad owners. A mate I had a few years ago seemed to think he knew it all and had seemed to have culled almost every animal he had in the end. One that sticks in my mind is a patterdale that had gotten loose and killed a sheep so he shot it, what the hell did he expect it to do? Was it the dogs fault he hadn't stock broken it, or kept it securely? Another one is when I got a couple of ferrets from an auction, they weren't exac
  21. been down that path just sold one and the others just gone on the market -- i`m goin into holiday lets-- caravans for a few year .. got a bit of spare to inveast before i downsize .. Do you mind me asking how you managed to save the original investments up? Just for inspiration, I haven't got a hope of inheriting anything and I would like to own my own house one day, but the prospects seem quite bleak...
  22. I have taken a mate's dog out when he couldn't be bothered to come with me, but to be honest I didn't really enjoy it much I was a bit paranoid it would f**k off, hit a fence etc and he would never speak to me again!
