We interview candidates using tools that give very deep insights into character. These plastic piggies I would hazard, don’t even send in a proper CV or get vetted half a deep as they should be. May be opinion but I know someone who got a job as one years ago when they first started appearing and he basically had the job thrown at him and he was a rum fuucker. So my opinion is based upon that experience

If it’s just phrases you want then a translation app is probably best but make sure they have the voice translation too, so you can listen and grasp the pronunciation. If not, it’s structured learning mate. I think the dual lingo gives you tasks to complete, maybe that will suit time wise.

@Born Hunter I’ve asked our Jess what tools she’s used in the past. When she gets back to me, I’ll post them up If you want to pay her for remote learning, I’m sure she’ll be happy with that ?

Dual lingo is a website that’s good to use. My Jess is finalising her Alevel Spanish this month. Obviously she’s been speaking Spanish for a good few years now. About a year ago she decided to teach herself Italian, she did it in 6months. To the point she was babbling to her Exs family in Milan perfectly ? If you’re going to learn a language, a structured learning approach is the best. I winged it with Spanish and tbf I’m pretty bad 11 years later ?

One of the best “personal” photos I’ve seen of Ali was in Brian London’s house in Blackpool. It was an image of both of them swinging at each other during their fight. Made and still makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. Said it before on here, I rocked up to his house for a job and he was in his garage at 70 something years old punching the fuuck out of a bag…. Respect!

Sounds like me ? I can eat what I want and never put weight on, in fact the total opposite. If I don’t eat enough of the right stuff, I lose weight, even if I sat on my arse 24/7…. The benefits of fructose malabsorption, downside is I could light a fart and burn down the building ?

I was introduced to a Mexican recipe for a boneless pork leg. Salt the whole thing before hand and leave for an hour, then rinse off…. Then same as you did with the garlic except push almonds in with garlic and chopped dried tomatoes. Coat that bugger in a mix of puréed chilies (jalepeños for mild and habernero for knock you’re head off/blow your arse out), honey, apple vinegar and tequila/mescal. Cook low and slow (150’C) After the first hour, baste every 15-20mins. Long process but is probably the best pork I’ve ever tasted. Great thing is you can with have it in slices or as pulled pork, ju

Update….. I’m about to eat what she wouldn’t last night ? Just under a kilo left of thighs/drummers plus corn on the cob and roasted onion, all soaked in what I describe as average hot sauce marinade (not as hot as I hoped but still decent). She’s making me make her something else for her, which I’m gonna sneak some banging “hot as fuuck” Korean chili flakes into ??? Last time I used these they blew my fuucking head off, nevermind hers and I only used half a teaspoon ?

I have a faith too but my faith is less based on an all creator and more a “we are all made of energy” and energy as we know can never be created nor destroyed, only converted between forms (Thermodynamics)…. Basically I am and do describe myself as Buddhist ??
