You sound like my mrs ? She hates the stuff…. Hence why I made it ? Edited to add… You'd hate pretty much everything she brought me back from Asia then mate lol. A bag of dried chili sardines (they’re like crisps but taste like a mackerels Fanny), spicy squid floss and the best one which actually made me gip a little bit…. Durian sticky rice (pre-prepared boxes, just add water) ?

If you like sauerkraut you’ll probably like this. It’s way spicier mind and has that fermented sour flavour. Next time you’re in one of the main supermarkets, have a look for a small pouch/jar of it and see if you like it Just remember to get the non-pasteurize one, if you can and store in the fridge. You can leave it out but it will keep fermenting and become more sour, putting it in the fridge slows down the process.

I’m planning on paying 15k and moving to Andorra in the next few years. Flat rate 10% tax on all income, cheap cost of living, government bodies and services all function at one of the highest levels in Europe (especially the health services), most people are trilingual (Catalan, Spanish and English), easy to get a firearms/hunting license, excellent education system (just in case she decides she wants kids lol), very low crime rate, cheap smokes, plenty of hiking and skiing on the doorstep ?

Kimchi coming along nicely. Fermented on the side for about 8 days and then in the fridge for about 2 weeks to slow down fermentation… made it a bit too spicy but nevermind ? Just took it out of the fridge hence the condensation on the jar. Next time I make it, I’d defo use less liquid.

The mrs did 3 dives while she was in Phuket last week. Only 13m but was good she said. She says Koh Tao is really good but apparently the Gilli islands was the best place she has dove…. Something about sea turtles ??

We once changed a lads email and Microsoft office about. So when he typed specific words it would auto change it for something else. E.g. “the” would change into “tit” ? He sent 3 emails (1 internal to the management lol) and one report before the daft cnut realised ? Moral…. Always proof read before clicking send ?

My eldest’s grandad was a submariner. They pulled in for shore leave somewhere in the Far East many moons ago. It was either Singapore or Hong Kong, I forget.
