spot on matt , you are deff right with them being kenneled together , my younger dog Buck , deff had major influence from Bryn my older dog . in fact i think at times if Buck carnt frickin think for him self , he never seems to do anything , unless he watches what Bryn doing or going to to do, and he as real strong bond to Bryn, but not sure if its the same with Bryn back . there temps are very similar at home around the yard, both are very quite, and sensitive type dogs, the only real difference in there temp is when hunting, as Buck more full on temp than what Bryn is but bein

i tell you what mate, what great way to make a living , nothing boring or humdrum in your 8 hour a day. ive had some real boring jobs over the years when i was in factories, or digging holes all day on building sites etc , suppose being a thick fecker thats all what was on offer for me when i left school .But must be great doing something like that for a living , makes going to work far more interesting i reckon

Thank you skycat, I will give him a call. in the daytime , never need a lead with my dogs, they will walk to heal no prob, but at night lamping, both were always prats for pulling on a lead , i ended up lamping with out a slip , to try and stop the pulling, once they caught few rabbits they calm down a bit, and then lamp with out the lead no prob,

the 5 bar gate is in the ground it's more like the height of chicken wire about 3 ft fella, I wouldn't let the pup jump anything bigger and ground either side is soft, cheers lads fair play mate just got to keep a eye on the wrists with jumping , but 2-3 ft ok now and then . i always had my dogs out from young age 10 weeks onwards , old Bryn 10 this year ,and Buck 5 this year it didnt hurt them . Thats the major trouble with Whippets waiting for something in their scope to come into focus or something in their weight zone. Morton I don't own a whippet or anything similar but I've seen a couple with very big hearts especially non peds a lad I'm out with got a bitch that surprised me when I seen her doing abit more than rabbits. spot on , i had none ped bitch and she was great at rabbits day/night , she was only 20in 20lb , when she got old a hare , but as she was soft mouth the hare would pull her around a bit lol .
