it looks great place to have nice dip for say 40mins, then go and have nice cold drink , your a lucky man living there in some ways. But as nice as it looks, being honest i wouldn't take a dog there , it be to hot, and uncomfortable for them , bloody hell my 2 dogs sweat the balls of here now in june in 70s , it would kill them out there, ok they got good coats , Buck got thick coat , same as Bryn so they feel the heat, the only way i could walk them there is late at night 9pm , what it like there in the winter regards temp .? and you got much hunt out there (quarry) .!

spot on, you put it better than i ever could alot of people treat dogs like humans , and not a dog. regular i meet people with there dogs , and straight away you can see fear in faces when ive got my dog Buck loose , they either pick there little dogs up, or if bigger type dogs , they put them on the lead and hold them close . ive told them/people must be 100 times my dog soft and wouldn't hurt them or their dog . But what ive learned with these people , its not so much there worried or fear for there dogs, its (them) who are really scared of my dog , the fear from them, n

fair point yeh nature can be very brutal in the real world , and i think as a parent you should be honest with your child , and let them see nature for what it really is, obviously you decide at watch age a child see these things .But being honest having shot things and dogs kill things for the last 30 odd years, its very rare i watch these hunting vids with any animal being eaten alive by another animal , ive not looked at the vid on the post, i have no reason to . dont forget that all the real lefties and the bunny huggers, will say watching vids like these shows a person ,

I disagree, none of the home nations alone could win a test series in New Zealand. The Lions could have a chance if they bond as a team and up their game to their highest level.

No problem with white lurchers,...in fact, a lot of contemporary coursing dogs are of a white/cream colour.... However,...when the Merle factor comes into play,..you should be wary of pure white dogs,..especially if their coat colour is accompanied, by wall/blue eyes..... i suppose before the ban, back then it made not a jot of difference with coursing dogs, and there does seem to be a lot of white/ cream dogs in these types .But suppose (to day) 3-4 white dogs would stick out , on a landscape prob bit more than darker colored dogs lol . But a good dog any colour , and at night
