same here lack patience big time , my wife said i should never have a dog , think she right lol, beginning to think that way, think these 2 dogs i have now will be my last lurchers more so at my age 66 next month , if ever get another dog when they gone, might just get heinz 57 from the pound , somthing that not like lurchers with there over sensitive nature , that pisses me off, seen nice dog to day lab x strong steady type temp , didnt get up set easy , not like my 2 bloody wimps .!! the bloke said it was rescue dog , plenty there that need a chance in life .!!

fair enough mate , it does make sense the bigger the dog they can get hurt that bit more . Buck my big 1x gsd x grey had his shoulder injury when he was 12 months old, he jumped of a wall and ripped his shoulder muscles , gave him 2 months rest , and he worked ok since 6 this august , if hard night lamping he feels it in there next day, give 5 days rest and he ready to go again , and had some great night with him in them 5 years . But i often thought if he been say Bryn size 25 in 60lb , would the injury been as bad ?, Buck always been bit reckless when chasing his quarry ,

spot on mick, i see few on me dog walks , that cockerpoos lab poodles, and little feckin fluffy things lol, all there type x breddogs cost £ 800- 1200 quid , when i tell them that both my 1x breds 1x collie x grey , and 1x gsd x grey , Bryn £ 40 quid Buck the same £ 40 quid , these owners of this designer x breeds , they lost for words , they no they been ripped off , as all our dogs are x breeds. i keep telling them there plenty of lurchers and other x breed dogs and pups crying out for a chance of life in the rescue centers , and they only cost tops £ 50 quid, most mongrel

deff mate , where i lived before ( south staffs ) weston park , they were very anti lurcher . if i was ever lamping , they would phone the farmer , and in the end the farmer didnt want the aggro no more so stopped me going on .but i had real good revenge the one day , this wanker lived lived not far from me, he had little bit of ground maybe 4 acres few fowl and goats, he thought he was a big type farmer lol. he always come out to the end of his property on to the lane , he had nasty lab type and spaniel , the lab would come out barking and growling at everybody , it was very

yeh deff , get couple ferrets or better still go out with sombody who works ferrets , see how it s done , get a bird and ferret , get it broke to them , then away you go , you get more rabbit work like that , than knocking on a door with a lurcher , land owners/ farmers , rather see a bird on there ground , than any lurcher deff . -

yep , never seen the need to put whippet in the mix, the 1x bedy x grey , not over big dogs 22 -25in 40-60 lb nice size for most stuff , plenty of pace and agility , and good temps the ones i seen, if i was after a beddyx , it be 1 x beddy x grey be spot on .

true mate regards media on there backs, think most people back home , arnt expecting them to go very far, so the lads are just trying to enjoy there football, and every game they play.And having Kane up front leading them,who top class player, his pen's were top draw ,one player who always took great pens was shearer said he did brill . Thursday will be a real test for them , but you never know they might win, if they all try there best and play to there ability , any lolthink can happen in football .

NO , ok we played a easy team , but it will do the young team a world of good 6 goals brill, we prob loose to Belgium Thursday , , but we through anyway . we got good young team that any jock , welsh, Irish , wish they had in there national teams . i never thought we go that far in this tournament , but i am happy so far , we got some good young players here that can only get better with each game etc, Come on England .!!

got to be honest , they could have killed the game off , they had 2 very good chances just before 1/2 time , if you dont take them you get punish for it , and they were simple as that in any level of football .????

yep, when go lamping , i alway give tin of sardines plus bit of dry meal , as bit of grub in his belly, and some to my old dog as well, as above all oily fish is good for dogs and quite cheep.

that really surprised me , only thought other breeds got HD , and running dogs didnt get it , more so what you had a long dog. i asked 2 vets about HD , as my big dog Buck 1/2 gsd and it in the gsd along with elbow probs , both told me that if he did get it, it wouldnt be as bad as pure gsd, as the greyhound norm have good hips and elbows , but suppose any dog can get then really .?
