Surprised it took so long for changes in the UK, the US banned Ficam D (did they do the same for W?) years ago I understand. Loads of stuff that worked really well has disappeared from the Pest Control portfolio over the years. Ficam D is great for its job, absolutely great, in so much I have every confidence in its 1 visit, job done treatment, but apparently we have been killing ourselves and the environment as well with the stuff. I can't remember when a replacement/alternative for a withdrawn product was ever as good as the original. I guess we will see Ficam D total withdraw

The 452 simply followed on from the BRNO in the production/evolution process, they are great guns, still lots about and very accurate and reliable. I've never personally owned a BRNU but 3 members of my rifle club have them and they have been very happy with them for many years. The Marlin is a whole different kettle of fish, semis have their uses, especially if you are likely to use it un-scoped. I have the Magtech 7022 (Mossberg 702), which is cheap as chips but remarkably accurate and reliable (trigger could be better) but it gets much less use than my 452! Good luck!

I've seen some pics along these lines a good while back. I'm really not sure the full story here, but we appear to be looking at pretty serious numbers, and some pretty serious preparation time.

A bit more info would be useful. I've seen similar pictures historically and always wonder how big the team, how big the land and when anyone last controlled them.

I don't think there are many of us who haven't blamed the ammo at one time or another! But in the case of the Remington HP Subs it is a legitimate excuse!

Ok, I may be a little out of touch but as far as I'm aware you will struggle with a NEW PCP for £400. As bigmac 97kt suggests, your best bet would be to try and save a bit more and/or check the used market! Good luck!

I don't think anyone would argue with that, we all do it. The issue, as I see it, is nothing to do with being PC, it's to do with not flaunting the fact some appear to suggest breaking the Law is fine! We live in a very electronic age, EVERY email and Text we send is monitored (very likely tweets, etc etc etc as well) and the authorities are always on Forums such as THL, ask Underdog! It makes no sense to give the authorities more negative ammunition, indeed forums such as these should be used as a window to show our moderation, sense, country attitude, professionalism and moral c

Whichever way you want to look at it, posting comments and pics they basically say f**k the GL I'm carrying on regardless (on ANY forum) isn't helping anyone here as walshie said! A point that doesn't appear to have got through to a number of people. PS Packham and the Dog show simple shows he is far more media savvy than most!

I'm interested in the thread. Kindly note I have not called anyone a liar or sworn at anyone, even though that appears the norm for some here. I suspect many are very genuine in their views but...…… which part of pretty much all of my posts have people failed to understand? Where is the EVIDENCE? This thread has been going the best part of 2 years and in that time there has been nothing proved in any way...how long does it take to find some evidence? Lets get this straight, I would love to find/have proved the existence of Big Cats in the Wild in the UK. Did you miss that bit? Flippen ek, I don't disagree with it, I don't like being told to f**k Off because I think the evidence shown is NOT EVIDENCE!

And some people would drown in lakes rivers etc and get hit by trains or cars, I suspect a few may even fall down mine shafts, (I doubt any would fall into Lions dens though!) etc etc etc etc. I wasn't actually making a suggestion how to find them (or not).

Lets get this straight, I would love to find/have proved the existence of Big Cats in the Wild in the UK, but I am not impressed by stupid media articles, blurry pics of someone's pet moggy or deer eaten by fox etc, or people saying we have pics of road kills but body’s,s get removed rather quickly for obvious reason we have lots of other pics but owners won't let me show them, and every lab in the country lies, I am even less impressed when someone tells me to f**k off if I don't immediately fall in line with their thinking! It looks like a domestic/feral to me as well. Scale and perspective in his picture are un defined. In simple terms, another waste of time picture, which he will swear (and no doubt at me as well) is a Wild Big Cat in the UK. This is a Mountain Lion/Puma/Panther, vaguely similar pose to the third pic posted in the set of 3 from Greyman above, note the depth of the body, the length of the tail and the thickness and definition of the legs, the paws! Cross breeding is a useful excuse for the fact the bottom picture of the 3 Greyman posted isn't any sort of a big cat we kn
