I have a licence and I do it legally, like I said, you broke the law and you cost me and other tax payers a load of money, and that ****** me off.
Breaking the law because its a bit inconvenient for you, and some land owners may say no is tuff, that's what the rest of us have to do. The Environment Agency licence/tags costs nothing, the licence is in place to protect our native crayfish, and asking permission is nothing new.
Strikes me you have no regard for conservation, the law or landowners.
