Reasonably similar here, less young about than I would expect but still plenty of adult life, often still hunting for the family. Perhaps just a little later than usual this year, wildlife working with nature no doubt as it has to! -
You do see some sights in nature sometimes, seems that fox has had a rather unlucky life, first the leg, then you came along!

Moderator Messing Up My Zero????

Much has already been said, a moderator will tend to effect the zero on virtually any gun it is attached to. Just the same, the zero with the mod should be consistent, so always zero with the ammo you intend to use and the mod attached. If the pattern is not consistent look for other faults. Fortunately my 7022 has always surprised me just how accurate and reliable it is! -

Welsh MP's bang on about Wales all the time, Scottish MPs seem to also forget they sit in a larger Parliament and only ever shout about Scottish issues. Nicola Sturgeon, as leader of the SNP (not an MP) has never spoken about the wellbeing of the UK, all she ever shouts about is Scotland. If and ENGLISH MP started saying forget the rest look at England there would be uproar! Mackay, good Scottish name, glad you have the interests of the country as a whole at heart, obviously your elected representatives don't!

I used to religiously attend every year, then decided every 2 years was probably enough, the social part was always fun though. So, THE Game Fair has had issues over the last few years but will soon be upon us again. Did you go last year? Will you be going this year?

Their only interest is Scotland not the country as a whole so I struggle to see how/why they can sit in a UK Parliament!

As mentioned, even drop off and collection is now being charged for at loads of Airports!

As I've said, and my pictures above show, and I know loads will agree, the SAK works on many levels. Its a cracking bit of kit and is really the benchmark!

You got my old X-Trail? On a slightly more serious note, I have been using the boot trays in my 4x4s for years, saves a lot of clearing/cleaning up!

Indeed they can be, but a 5 or 6 cartridge (or even smaller) can usually bring down/destroy the nest where a heavy can sometimes seemingly do little damage. There are a lot of different cartridges out there and careful choice on a job for job, even shot for shot basis, can be required!

Perhaps I'm just getting old or soft, but I seem to enjoy the land as much as the satisfaction of doing the job these days. They should be pleased of your efforts on rabbits around horses!

As above, even using normal cartridges there WILL be a benefit as the propellant crack will be reduced. I've not got a moderated shotgun myself and not used one for several years, but the real benefit will come with sub sonic cartridges, but then again that comes at a cost of performance. Who knows, but the minus of sub sonic cartridges and the plus of quieter, can surely only be of benefit overall in very few situations.

Aesthetics are down to the individual but personally, and for what its worth, I think the rifle looks better with the SAK!

If your intention is sub sonic .22lr then a SAK is a great all round solution for many people, simply no need to spend any more.

There were times England actually looked like they knew what they were doing yesterday, and they were even quite good at times. The big but is they were playing Costa Rica, take nothing away from them, but they are not Germany or Brazil etc!

There are a number of quite effective ways to treat ants, and by ANTS we seem to be talking about garden ants here. If by any chance you find yourself with any tropical ants (there are a LOT in the UK) get a professional in, and DO NOT USE RAID, that will make the problem worse, not solve it!
