That's quite a bet

Ain't that the truth Jeff. I do know a few decent gypsies and travellers but, I also know that he's going to lose a shed load of cash on that house if he wants to sell up and move. No one's going to want live next door to that camp. That's just how it is - people want a quiet life.

I would like to say that the end of session shot would be of my arse going up and down, but alas, it will be just rabbits. Maybe one day mate ..... if you go hunting for the lonely, top heavy land owner, I can recommend a chest shot from a single barrel, pump action, yoghurt rifle - you have to use the right tool for the job you see
-
Very nice Good quality belly pork is one of my favourites
-
Nice mate They do look like really good healthy rabbits It sounds like you'll have some good times on that permission - juggs and shooting, what more does a man need I'll look forward to hearing about your next trips out there
-
I'd have another Daystate - it'd have to be an older one though - I did like that Merlyn I've had a .177 and a .22 Airwolf - neither gave me any problems and, they were both very accurate. ...... It's just that all of those electronics make them soulless - for me, they weren't fun to use. They were like having a supermodel girlfriend that doesn't do BJs I won't be running out to buy a Brocock any time - I've seen and heard of too many problems to be comfortable parting with my cash.
-
I haven't got any experience lamping but, I've an IT T20 - they're well made little torches. I also have a Ledray for finding shot quarry in the dark - excellent torches and, they come with different coloured filters.
-
Definitely not my cup of tea. I can see a Steyr influence going on. It'd be nice to know if it gives the owner any advantage
-
The pellets will be decided by the rifle mate - they're all different. My main hunting rifle likes JSB Heavies but, one that you buy might not. ..... Testing is all part of the fun Just because I prefer heavies, doesn't mean you will - you may like lighter ones with a flatter trajectory. ...... This is a funny ol' game. Once you've got your rifle, give me a shout - I'll send you some samples of quality, different weight pellets to try Hawke scopes are a good place to start for airgun use
-
aye your bloody right there...........lol old pic and had only recently at the time of taking picture put those 2 pieces back on after building fire place and wall papering........ one job at a time.........lol all the best jay. Indeed mate I feckin hate glossing - lately I've been wallpapering, tiling, painting - the architraves, skirtings and banisters are the last bits to be done ...... They're getting done, slowly and begrudgingly I'd leave it for the missus but, her cutting in is shite. Atb mate
-
No laughing mate - you'll get something perfectly capable for that If I remember rightly, SecretagentMole on here has a Gamo Phox - he does well with it. ..... He gave it a good review as a BSA with a Spanish tag
-
Nice offer Jay I do like those 400 series carbines Ps, your skirting needs painting mate
-

Welcome to the forum mate As said, Freeads isn't a bad place to start. Also, most airgun forums have sales sections. It'd be handy to know what you want to spend but, for quality Vs budget on a precharged, I'd recommend a used Air Arms S400/410 - they're a very accurate rifle and can be had at a good price. Also, if you ever decide to sell, they don't usually hang around long. Personally, I like .177 with a heavy pellet for hunting. They give a flatter trajectory than .22 and still hit hard. However, don't forget that with a precharged, you'll also have to factor in the cost
-
Nice shooting mate That'll make a nice dinner I do like the stock on that 100 - I'd love to be able to shoot at work, there's loads of pigeons on the buildings. Did you say one fell in a dyke?
-
You can't beat getting the little 'uns out mate A lot of my daughters mates have never played conkers I remember my brother whacking me on the head with a conker on a shoe lace because I kept moving mine when it was his turn
-
That looks like a good days work mate I'd have slammed the brakes on to wake him up
-
That actually sounds fun ..... When in Rome, and all that
-
'Northumbria Police controversially investigated the group with the help of an informant called XY who himself was a child rapist who was paid £10,000 for his information.' This bit doesn't sit well with me Why pay the scum? Use him to serve a purpose then, take him to a hole and be done with him

Quick, start talking about the French
