There's plenty of those tits about. We had a couple on our old estate when we were kids Had one stood at our gate once, gobbing off at my brother. ........ Typical sort - tracksuit bottoms, hoodie, hadn't seen a bar of soap for a while, staffie in a big leather harness with a big security chain for a lead. My brother eventually had enough him and, punched him in the mouth. Then, quick as a flash, the blokes own dog span round and bit him on the knee - it was the funniest thing I'd ever seen ....... That twat walked with a limp for at least a yea -
Good on you for getting out and getting a result in this Mark The bloody snow's coming from all directions here.

Get an Edgun Matador in .25 VM - you won't regret it

I always use a 1pc mount on my HW100, I like the way it clamps to both sections of the action. I've got a 30mm Sports match mount here that I'm not using - that measurement on it is 17mm - if that'll give your objective lense enough clearance, you can have it mate. ........ It'll work well with your set up
-
'Tis a big 'un BN but, it'll gather light well. Those original Vipers are one of my favourite scopes ....... if it works for you, go with it mate. What's the depth on your mounts for dimension C in the diagram below?

Both spot on I last tried KFC again a few months ago - it's just luke warm, greasy shite. The independent Tennessee chicken place round here is much nicer. Or better still, we sometimes make a version of it at home that always goes down well.

My collection seems to have magically grown again over the last few months so, I was looking at what to off load. I thought this would be one of them so, I took it out to run a shot string (to make sure that it was all good before I advertised it), then I realised that I really don't want to sell it. They may be old tech' now but, they work so well and, they're nice to use. I see them on Freeads sometimes, if you're after another

He's done a really nice job on those Deker ........ They look very similar to the mag on my Prairie. Unfortunately, I don't know enough to help you with the indexing issue but, I hope you get it sorted. Also, I've just noticed that you asked me a question ages ago (sorry) - the logo on my FN12 is a sticker. It seems to have held well but, it's showing it's age very slightly on the edges now.

Nowt wrong with that picture VM ...... Good result mate

As already said, the Raider's looking good Jimmy Good post .......... I do think that we sometimes get so caught up with these airguns that we forget it's supposed to be fun. That looks like a good afternoon out mate.

BASC works well for me - £5 a month and, I find it helps that the people I'm asking for permission have heard of them.

Should I upgrade to an hw100

I don't know anything about the Ratworks cylinder but, the A&M one is wider - you have to remove the O ring from the HW100 barrel band to slide it through. -

They've got £160 listed on their website Jimmy. ....... I think the carbine one is cheaper. -
It's not poaching, it's 'secretly helping'

Best not mate, you shouldn't take the piss
-
It was nice of them to respond Now, I'll let you in to a little secret that those of us in the know have known for a while ........ The best way to get permission is to show these no-nonsense farmer types that you're capable and serious Here's what you do - you park a little way away so that your approach isn't seen. Then, in the wee small hours, you sneak onto the farmers land, all camo'd up, with your rifle. You stay all night and shoot as many rabbits as you can. Then, when the sun's up and the farmer is leaving his house for work, you emerge

I've got a driveway at the back so, I'd be ok but, for the shit range you get from a charge and, the initial cost of the car, I won't ever bother. Besides, I don't wear hemp and live on soya so, I'll keep my petrol V6 thanks. In fact, f**k it, bring back 4 star

Jonjon79 replied to Will333's topic in Rifle Reviews, Technical Help and Tips
This a shot count test with my Kt a couple of years ago - the cylinder gave me at least 2 more mags of shots. Ive now got one on my full length HW100 but, I haven't tested the count. ......... it'll be at least 3 more mags. -

No, they go back for a free check over and service. -
That was my thoughts as well Jimmy - I reckon £600/£700 would be fair but, I estimate it being more like £900.
